كشفت النيابة العامة المصرية تفاصيل جديدة في القضية المتهم فيها صبري نخنوخ وآخرون، على خلفية واقعة شهدتها منطقة التجمع الخامس بالقاهرة الجديدة، بدأت ببلاغ من صاحب معرض سيارات، قبل أن تتوسع التحقيقات لتشمل اتهامات أخرى تتعلق بالبلطجة وحيازة أسلحة ووقائع جنائية لا تزال قيد الفحص.
وأوضحت النيابة، في بيان اليوم (السبت)، أنها تلقت بلاغاً من مالك معرض سيارات اتهم فيه المتهمين باقتحام المعرض والتعدي على أحد العاملين، ما أدى إلى إصابته، إضافة إلى الاستيلاء على وحدة تسجيل كاميرات المراقبة الخاصة بالمكان.
تشكيل عصابي
وأظهرت التحقيقات الأولية، المدعومة بتحريات أجهزة الأمن، صحة الواقعة محل البلاغ، كما كشفت عن شبهة تزعّم المتهم وآخرين تشكيلاً عصابياً يُشتبه في تورطه بفرض السيطرة وممارسة أعمال البلطجة باستخدام القوة والتهديد، بما يخل بالنظام العام.
وذكرت التحريات أن المتهمين اتخذوا من إحدى شركات الأمن والحراسة ستاراً لأنشطتهم، مع الاستعانة بالأموال والأسلحة لتسهيل تلك الممارسات.
وعلى إثر ذلك، أصدرت النيابة قرارات بضبط وإحضار المتهمين، كما استصدرت إذناً قضائياً بتفتيش مسكن المتهم الرئيسي والمقار المرتبطة به، وتم تنفيذ القرار وضبط المتهمين قبل صدور قرار بحبسهم احتياطياً على ذمة التحقيقات، ثم تجديد الحبس لمدة 15 يوماً بقرار من المحكمة المختصة.
ترسانة أسلحة
وأسفرت أعمال التفتيش عن ضبط وحدة تسجيل كاميرات المراقبة المُبلغ بسرقتها، إلى جانب كمية كبيرة من الأسلحة والذخائر.
وضمت المضبوطات بندقيتين آليتين ورشاشاً وطبنجة وعدداً من أسلحة الصوت وضغط الهواء، إضافة إلى نحو ألف طلقة ذخيرة، فضلاً عن خمسة أجهزة اتصال غير مرخصة.
كما عثرت الجهات المختصة على عشر قطع أثرية يجري حالياً فحصها لتحديد طبيعتها ومدى أثريتها.
اتهامات أخرى
وفي تطور لافت، كشفت النيابة أن فحص الهواتف المحمولة الخاصة بالمتهمين وتفريغ محتوياتها أظهر تسجيلات ومقاطع مصورة تتعلق بوقائع أخرى لا تزال قيد التحقيق.
وبحسب البيان، تتضمن تلك الوقائع شبهات خطف مقترن بهتك عرض، واحتجاز أشخاص مع ممارسة تعذيب بدني بحقهم، فضلاً عن إكراه آخرين على توقيع مستندات، وحيازة أسلحة وذخائر دون ترخيص، وأدوات يُشتبه في استخدامها في أعمال تعذيب.
كما شملت التحقيقات وقائع تتعلق بحيازة حيوانات برية شرسة، في وقت تواصل الجهات المختصة فحص الأدلة والتحقق من مدى صحة تلك الاتهامات.
تحقيقات مستمرة
وأكدت النيابة العامة استمرار التحقيقات لكشف جميع ملابسات الوقائع المنسوبة إلى المتهمين، بالتوازي مع تحقيقات مالية تستهدف تتبع مصادر الأموال والعوائد المحتملة المرتبطة بالأنشطة محل الاشتباه.
وشددت في ختام بيانها على أن القانون يُطبق على الجميع دون استثناء، مؤكدة اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة لحماية حقوق المواطنين وترسيخ سيادة القانون، مع التأكيد على أن جميع المتهمين يتمتعون بقرينة البراءة حتى صدور أحكام قضائية نهائية.
The Egyptian Public Prosecution revealed new details in the case involving Sabry Nakhnoukh and others, following an incident that occurred in the Fifth Settlement area of New Cairo. The case began with a report from a car dealership owner, before the investigations expanded to include other charges related to thuggery, possession of weapons, and criminal incidents that are still under examination.
The prosecution stated in a statement today (Saturday) that it received a report from the owner of the car dealership accusing the defendants of storming the dealership and assaulting one of the employees, resulting in injury, in addition to seizing the unit that records the surveillance cameras of the location.
Criminal Gang
Initial investigations, supported by security agency inquiries, confirmed the incident in question, and revealed suspicions that the accused, along with others, were leading a criminal gang suspected of imposing control and engaging in thuggery using force and threats, which disrupts public order.
The inquiries indicated that the defendants used one of the security and guarding companies as a cover for their activities, utilizing money and weapons to facilitate these practices.
As a result, the prosecution issued orders to apprehend the defendants, and obtained a judicial warrant to search the residence of the main defendant and related locations. The order was executed, and the defendants were apprehended before a decision was made to remand them in custody pending investigations, followed by a renewal of custody for 15 days by a decision from the competent court.
Arsenal of Weapons
The search operations resulted in the recovery of the surveillance camera recording unit that was reported stolen, along with a large quantity of weapons and ammunition.
The seized items included two automatic rifles, a machine gun, a pistol, several sound and air pressure weapons, in addition to about a thousand rounds of ammunition, as well as five unlicensed communication devices.
The relevant authorities also found ten archaeological pieces that are currently being examined to determine their nature and archaeological significance.
Other Charges
In a notable development, the prosecution revealed that examining the mobile phones of the defendants and extracting their contents showed recordings and videos related to other incidents that are still under investigation.
According to the statement, these incidents include suspicions of kidnapping accompanied by sexual assault, the detention of individuals while subjecting them to physical torture, as well as coercing others to sign documents, and possessing weapons and ammunition without a license, along with tools suspected of being used in torture.
The investigations also included incidents related to the possession of wild and dangerous animals, while the relevant authorities continue to examine the evidence and verify the validity of these charges.
Ongoing Investigations
The Public Prosecution confirmed the continuation of investigations to uncover all circumstances surrounding the incidents attributed to the defendants, alongside financial investigations aimed at tracing the sources of funds and potential returns linked to the suspicious activities.
In conclusion, it emphasized that the law is applied to everyone without exception, affirming the necessary legal measures to protect citizens’ rights and reinforce the rule of law, while stressing that all defendants enjoy the presumption of innocence until final judicial rulings are issued.
