أعربت الفنانة المصرية وفاء عامر عن سعادتها بالأحكام القضائية الصادرة لصالحها في القضايا المتعلقة باتهامها زوراً بالاتجار في الأعضاء البشرية، مؤكدة أن القضاء أنصفها بعد فترة من الجدل والاتهامات التي طالتها عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي.
أحكام جديدة
وقالت وفاء عامر، في تصريح خاص لـ«عكاظ»، إن الحكم المتداول بحبس إحدى صانعات المحتوى صدر منذ فترة، مشيرة إلى أن الأيام الماضية شهدت صدور أحكام جديدة في القضايا المرتبطة بالواقعة نفسها، بما يؤكد سلامة موقفها القانوني وعدم صحة الاتهامات التي وُجهت إليها.
عفو إنساني
وأضافت الفنانة المصرية أنها قررت العفو عن كل من أساء إليها أو تحدث عنها دون وجه حق، كما تنازلت عن الشق المدني في القضية المقامة ضد إحدى صانعات المحتوى، موضحة أن قرارها جاء من منطلق إنساني رغم ما تعرضت له خلال الأزمة.
ابتزازات وملاحقات
وكشفت وفاء عامر أنها تعرضت لعدة محاولات ابتزاز خلال الفترة الماضية، مشيرة إلى وجود أطراف لعبت دوراً في التحريض ضدها ونشر الاتهامات، مؤكدة أنها لن تتنازل عن حقوقها القانونية وستواصل اتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة بحق كل من يثبت تورطه في ترويج أو نشر تلك الادعاءات.
بداية الأزمة
وكانت الأزمة قد اندلعت عقب تداول مزاعم عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي نسبت إلى وفاء عامر التورط في تجارة الأعضاء البشرية بعد وفاة لاعب كرة القدم الراحل إبراهيم شيكا، ما أثار حالة واسعة من الجدل، قبل أن تنفي الفنانة تلك الاتهامات بشكل قاطع وتلجأ إلى القضاء لملاحقة مروجيها.

New Rulings
Wafaa Amer stated in a special statement to “Okaz” that the ruling circulating regarding the imprisonment of one of the content creators was issued some time ago, noting that the past few days have witnessed new rulings in the cases related to the same incident, which confirms the validity of her legal position and the falsehood of the accusations directed at her.
Human Forgiveness
The Egyptian artist added that she decided to forgive everyone who wronged her or spoke about her unjustly, and she also waived the civil aspect of the case filed against one of the content creators, explaining that her decision came from a humanitarian standpoint despite what she endured during the crisis.
Blackmail and Pursuits
Wafaa Amer revealed that she faced several attempts of blackmail during the past period, pointing out that there were parties that played a role in inciting against her and spreading accusations, affirming that she will not waive her legal rights and will continue to take the necessary actions against anyone proven to be involved in promoting or disseminating those allegations.
The Beginning of the Crisis
The crisis erupted after allegations circulated on social media attributing to Wafaa Amer involvement in organ trafficking following the death of the late football player Ibrahim Sheka, which sparked widespread controversy, before the artist categorically denied those accusations and resorted to the judiciary to pursue their promoters.
