أسدلت السلطات الأمنية والصحية في مصر الستار على واحدة من أغرب قضايا الدجل وانتحال الصفة، بعد الإطاحة بامرأة ادعت على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي والبرامج التلفزيونية قدرتها على علاج أمراض النساء والتوليد وحالات العقم المستعصية، ليتضح في المفاجأة الصادمة أنها حاصلة على «ليسانس حقوق» ومشهورة بلقب «طبيبة النساء المزيفة».
من «كنس الأمعاء» إلى قبضة الأمن
وكانت المتهمة «م. ا» قد تصدرت الـ«ترند» بموجة عارمة من السخرية والاستنكار، عقب ظهورها في مقطع فيديو ادعت فيه إنقاذ مريضة من استئصال الرحم بعد أن عجز عن علاجها 7 أطباء كبار. وزعمت المتهمة بلهجة عامية: «قُلت ننزل الاستروجين، وكنسنا ومسحنا الأمعاء والنزيف وقف»، مدعية حينها أنها خريجة كلية الزراعة وتعمل في «التغذية العلاجية».
هذا التبجح الطبي عجّل بنهايتها؛ إذ داهمت قوة من شرطة التموين بالتنسيق مع إدارة العلاج الحر بصحة الجيزة، مركزها الخاص بميدان الريدي في مدينة الشيخ زايد، وضبطتها متلبسة وهي توقع الكشف الطبي على إحدى المريضات مقابل 1500 جنيه مصري، ليتم تشميع المركز بالكامل بالشمع الأحمر.
المفاجأة الصادمة
فجّر الدكتور حسام عبد الغفار، المتحدث باسم وزارة الصحة، المفاجأة بإعلانه أن التحقيقات كشفت أن المتهمة لا علاقة لها بالطب أو الزراعة من قريب أو بعيد، بل هي خريجة كلية الحقوق ومشهورة بشطبها نهائياً من جداول نقابة المحامين.
بلاغ عاجل
من جانبها، لم تقف النقابة العامة للأطباء موقف المتفرج؛ إذ تقدمت ببلاغ عاجل إلى النائب العام يتهم المشكو في حقها بانتحال صفة طبيب، وبث معلومات مضللة تعرض حياة المواطنين للخطر، مؤكدة أن «خرافات» علاج نزيف الرحم بـ«كنس الأمعاء» هي دجل لا أساس له في العلم.
ولم يتوقف تحرك النقابة عند الشق الجنائي، بل امتد ليشمل مخاطبة المجلس الأعلى لتنظيم الإعلام لحظر بث أو إعادة تداول الفيديوهات الطبية للمتهمة حماية للوعي العام، والمطالبة بتوقيع أقصى عقوبة قانونية باعتبار أن إغلاق المركز ليس كافياً لردع «مافيا الدجل الطبي».
The security and health authorities in Egypt have drawn the curtain on one of the strangest cases of fraud and impersonation, after the arrest of a woman who claimed on social media platforms and television programs that she could treat gynecological diseases and severe infertility cases. It was revealed in a shocking surprise that she holds a “Bachelor of Law” and is infamous by the title “the fake gynecologist.”
From “intestinal cleansing” to the grip of security
The accused, “M. A,” had topped the trending topics with a wave of mockery and condemnation after appearing in a video where she claimed to have saved a patient from a hysterectomy after 7 senior doctors failed to treat her. The accused claimed in a colloquial tone: “I said let’s lower the estrogen, and we cleaned and wiped the intestines, and the bleeding stopped,” asserting at that time that she was a graduate of the Faculty of Agriculture and worked in “therapeutic nutrition.”
This medical bravado hastened her downfall; a force from the Supply Police, in coordination with the Free Treatment Administration of Giza Health, raided her private center in Midan Al-Reedy in Sheikh Zayed City, catching her in the act of conducting a medical examination on one of the patients for 1500 Egyptian pounds, leading to the complete sealing of the center with red wax.
The shocking surprise
Dr. Hossam Abdel Ghaffar, the spokesperson for the Ministry of Health, revealed the surprise by announcing that investigations showed the accused has no connection to medicine or agriculture whatsoever; she is actually a law graduate and is notorious for being permanently removed from the lawyers’ union registry.
Urgent report
For its part, the General Medical Syndicate did not stand idly by; it filed an urgent report to the Public Prosecutor accusing the defendant of impersonating a doctor and disseminating misleading information that endangers citizens’ lives, affirming that the “myths” of treating uterine bleeding with “intestinal cleansing” are baseless quackery.
The Syndicate’s actions did not stop at the criminal aspect but extended to addressing the Supreme Council for Media Regulation to prohibit the broadcasting or re-circulation of the accused’s medical videos to protect public awareness, and demanding the imposition of the maximum legal penalty, considering that closing the center is not enough to deter the “medical fraud mafia.”
