زار عضو مجلس القيادة الرئاسي اليمني الفريق الركن محمود الصبيحي، اليوم (الإثنين)، مستشفى الأمير محمد بن سلمان في العاصمة المؤقتة عدن، للاطلاع على مستوى الخدمات الصحية والعلاجية التي يقدمها المستشفى للمرضى من مختلف محافظات الجمهورية.
وكان في استقباله لدى وصوله المدير العام للمستشفى الدكتور أحمد عبدالعزيز، ومدير مركز القلب الدكتور أحمد الجفري، وعدد من قيادات وكوادر مستشفى الأمير محمد بن سلمان.
واستمع الصبيحي خلال اجتماع مع قيادة المستشفى إلى شرحٍ مفصل حول الخدمات الطبية والتخصصية التي يقدمها المستشفى، ومستوى التجهيزات الحديثة التي يمتلكها، والدور الذي يؤديه في خدمة أبناء محافظة عدن وبقية المحافظات، إضافة إلى استعراض الإمكانات المتاحة والمنجزات المحققة.
وأشاد عضو مجلس القيادة الرئاسي بالدعم الأخوي المتواصل الذي تقدمه السعودية لليمن في مختلف المجالات، خصوصاً في القطاع الصحي، الذي يحظى باهتمام كبير من القيادة في المملكة، من خلال تنفيذ المشاريع الصحية النوعية، ودعم المستشفيات والمراكز الطبية، وتوفير التجهيزات الحديثة، والإسهام في تأهيل الكوادر الطبية، بما ينعكس إيجاباً على تحسين مستوى الخدمات الصحية المقدمة للمواطنين والتخفيف من معاناتهم.
وأكد الصبيحي أن هذا الدعم يجسد عمق العلاقات الأخوية والتاريخية بين البلدين والشعبين الشقيقين، ويعكس حرص المملكة على مساندة اليمن في مختلف المراحل والظروف، وتعزيز جهود التنمية والاستقرار وتحسين الخدمات الأساسية، وفي مقدمتها الخدمات الصحية التي تمس حياة المواطنين بشكل مباشر.
وأعرب عضو مجلس القيادة الرئاسي عن سعادته بزيارة مستشفى الأمير محمد بن سلمان بما يمثله من صرح طبي، منوهاً بما يقدمه المستشفى من خدمات صحية نوعية تسهم في التخفيف من معاناة المرضى، وتحد من الحاجة إلى السفر للعلاج خارج الوطن.
وأكد الفريق الصبيحي أن مستشفى الأمير محمد بن سلمان يمثل نموذجاً متقدماً للمؤسسات الصحية الحديثة، مثمناً الدعم السخي الذي تقدمه السعودية للشعب اليمني في مختلف المجالات، وفي مقدمتها القطاع الصحي، وما يترتب على ذلك من تحسين مستوى الرعاية المقدمة للمواطنين.
وأشار إلى أن المستشفى يضم تجهيزات وتقنيات طبية متطورة تضاهي ما هو متوافر في العديد من المستشفيات الإقليمية والعالمية الحديثة، لافتاً إلى ما يقدمه مركز القلب من خدمات متخصصة تشمل القسطرة التشخيصية والعلاجية، وعمليات زراعة صمامات القلب عبر القسطرة، إضافة إلى إجراء العمليات النوعية للكبار والأطفال، بمشاركة كفاءات طبية يمنية وعربية مؤهلة.
كما أشاد الصبيحي بالدور الأكاديمي والعلمي للمستشفى بعد تحوله من مؤسسة تقدم الخدمات الطبية إلى مستشفى أكاديمي وتعليمي يسهم في تأهيل الكوادر الطبية وتطبيق أحدث المعايير والبرامج العلمية والأكاديمية.
من جانبها، أوضحت قيادة مستشفى الأمير محمد بن سلمان أن المستشفى يضم 372 سريراً، فيما يحتوي مركز القلب على 50 سريراً، ويقدم العديد من الخدمات العلاجية والتشخيصية والتداخلية، فضلاً عن توفير برامج علاج مجانية للحالات المستحقة.
وعقب الانتهاء من الاجتماع مع قيادة المستشفى أجرى عضو مجلس القيادة الرئاسي جولة ميدانية شملت عدداً من الأقسام الطبية والتخصصية وغرف التنويم، واطلع على سير العمل ومستوى الخدمات المقدمة للمرضى، وتبادل الأحاديث معهم، مستمعاً إلى أوضاعهم الصحية واحتياجاتهم ومتمنياً لهم الشفاء العاجل.
من جانبه، رحب المدير العام للمستشفى الدكتور أحمد عبدالعزيز بزيارة عضو مجلس القيادة الرئاسي محمود الصبيحي، مؤكداً أن الزيارة تمثل حافزاً كبيراً لمواصلة العمل والارتقاء بمستوى الأداء والخدمات المقدمة للمرضى.
وأشار إلى أن إدارة المستشفى ومنتسبيه ماضون في تنفيذ رسالتهم الإنسانية والطبية وفق أعلى معايير الجودة.
وثمّن الدعم المتواصل الذي تقدمه المملكة العربية السعودية للمستشفى، والذي مكّن من توفير خدمات صحية متقدمة أسهمت في إنقاذ حياة آلاف المرضى من مختلف المحافظات، مؤكداً أن المستشفى سيواصل تطوير خدماته العلاجية والأكاديمية.
وتجول عضو مجلس القيادة الرئاسي، خلال زيارته لمستشفى الأمير محمد بن سلمان، على أقسام المستشفى واطلع على أوضاع المرضى وزار خلال جولته محافظ محافظة لحج السابق الدكتور عبدالله بامطرف، الذي يتلقى الرعاية الطبية بالمستشفى عقب خضوعه لعملية تركيب دعامات قلبية، متمنياً له دوام الصحة والعافية.
وعبّر عدد من المرضى وذويهم عن ارتياحهم لمستوى الرعاية الصحية والاهتمام الذي يحظون به داخل المستشفى، مشيدين بالخدمات الطبية المقدمة لهم، وما لمسوه من عناية ومتابعة من قبل الكوادر الطبية التمريضية.
A member of the Yemeni Presidential Leadership Council, Major General Mahmoud Al-Sabihi, visited the Prince Mohammed bin Salman Hospital in the temporary capital, Aden, today (Monday) to assess the level of health and treatment services provided by the hospital to patients from various governorates of the republic.
He was received upon his arrival by the hospital’s general director, Dr. Ahmed Abdulaziz, the director of the heart center, Dr. Ahmed Al-Jafri, and several leaders and staff members of the Prince Mohammed bin Salman Hospital.
During a meeting with the hospital leadership, Al-Sabihi listened to a detailed explanation about the medical and specialized services offered by the hospital, the level of modern equipment it possesses, and the role it plays in serving the people of Aden Governorate and other governorates, in addition to reviewing the available capabilities and the achievements made.
Al-Sabihi praised the continuous brotherly support provided by Saudi Arabia to Yemen in various fields, especially in the health sector, which receives significant attention from the leadership in the Kingdom, through the implementation of quality health projects, supporting hospitals and medical centers, providing modern equipment, and contributing to the rehabilitation of medical staff, positively reflecting on improving the level of health services provided to citizens and alleviating their suffering.
He confirmed that this support embodies the depth of the brotherly and historical relations between the two countries and their peoples, and reflects the Kingdom’s commitment to supporting Yemen in various stages and circumstances, enhancing development and stability efforts, and improving basic services, foremost among them the health services that directly impact the lives of citizens.
Al-Sabihi expressed his happiness with the visit to the Prince Mohammed bin Salman Hospital, which represents a medical edifice, noting the quality health services the hospital provides that help alleviate patients’ suffering and reduce the need to travel abroad for treatment.
Major General Al-Sabihi affirmed that the Prince Mohammed bin Salman Hospital represents an advanced model of modern health institutions, appreciating the generous support that Saudi Arabia provides to the Yemeni people in various fields, particularly in the health sector, and the resulting improvement in the level of care provided to citizens.
He pointed out that the hospital includes advanced medical equipment and technologies that rival those available in many modern regional and global hospitals, highlighting the specialized services provided by the heart center, including diagnostic and therapeutic catheterization, heart valve implantation surgeries via catheter, in addition to performing specialized surgeries for adults and children, with the participation of qualified Yemeni and Arab medical professionals.
Al-Sabihi also praised the academic and scientific role of the hospital after its transformation from a medical service provider to an academic and educational hospital that contributes to the training of medical staff and the application of the latest scientific and academic standards and programs.
For its part, the leadership of the Prince Mohammed bin Salman Hospital clarified that the hospital has 372 beds, while the heart center contains 50 beds, and it provides many therapeutic, diagnostic, and interventional services, in addition to offering free treatment programs for eligible cases.
After concluding the meeting with the hospital leadership, the member of the Presidential Leadership Council conducted a field tour that included several medical and specialized departments and inpatient rooms, where he observed the workflow and the level of services provided to patients, exchanged conversations with them, listened to their health conditions and needs, and wished them a speedy recovery.
For his part, the general director of the hospital, Dr. Ahmed Abdulaziz, welcomed the visit of the Presidential Leadership Council member Mahmoud Al-Sabihi, confirming that the visit represents a significant incentive to continue working and improving the level of performance and services provided to patients.
He indicated that the hospital management and its staff are committed to executing their humanitarian and medical mission according to the highest quality standards.
He appreciated the continuous support provided by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the hospital, which has enabled the provision of advanced health services that have contributed to saving the lives of thousands of patients from various governorates, affirming that the hospital will continue to develop its therapeutic and academic services.
During his visit to the Prince Mohammed bin Salman Hospital, the member of the Presidential Leadership Council toured the hospital departments, checked on the patients’ conditions, and visited the former governor of Lahij Governorate, Dr. Abdullah Bamterf, who is receiving medical care at the hospital after undergoing a heart stent procedure, wishing him continued health and wellness.
Several patients and their families expressed their satisfaction with the level of healthcare and attention they receive inside the hospital, praising the medical services provided to them and the care and follow-up they have experienced from the nursing staff.
