عقد وزير النقل والخدمات اللوجستية المهندس صالح بن ناصر الجاسر، في مقر الوزارة بالرياض اليوم، جلسة مباحثات مع نظيره وزير النقل والبنية التحتية التركي عبدالقادر أورال أوغلو، الذي يزور المملكة بصحبته وفد رفيع المستوى.
وجرت خلال الجلسة، مناقشة سبل تعزيز التعاون المشترك بين البلدين في مجالات النقل والخدمات اللوجستية، وبحث تنمية آفاق الشراكة والتعاون المشترك في أنماط النقل البري والبحري والجوي والسككي.
حضر جلسة المباحثات نائب وزير النقل والخدمات اللوجستية الدكتور رميح بن محمد الرميح، ورئيس الهيئة العامة للنقل فواز بن زنعاف السهلي، والرئيس التنفيذي للخطوط الحديدية السعودية الدكتور بشار بن خالد المالك.
بعد ذلك، جرى توقيع مذكرتي تفاهم بين المملكة وجمهورية تركيا، تهدف الأولى إلى التعاون بين الطرفين في مجال أحدث أساليب تقديم الخدمات والعمليات اللوجستية، وتبادل ودعم الخبرات والتجارب وأبرز المتغيرات في ما يخص قطاع الخدمات اللوجستية بجميع أنواعها وأنماطها، إضافةً إلى مواءمة وتبادل السياسات والتشريعات لقطاع الخدمات اللوجستية.
وتهدف المذكرة الثانية إلى التعاون في مجال السكك الحديدية، عبر تحديد مواصفات السكك الحديدية والتقنيات والابتكارات المتعلقة بها، وأنظمة الإشارات والاتصالات، ورقمنة السكك الحديدية، إلى جانب الحد من التأثير البيئي للقطاع السككي، وتبادل المعرفة في أفضل الممارسات المتعلقة بتصميم السكك وتنفيذها وتشغيلها وصيانتها، إضافةً إلى خلق الشراكات لتطوير القدرات البشرية في القطاع، ونقل أفضل الممارسات والتجارب في توطين صناعات السكك الحديدية.
The Minister of Transport and Logistics Services, Engineer Saleh bin Nasser Al-Jasser, held a discussion session today at the ministry’s headquarters in Riyadh with his Turkish counterpart, Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Abdulkadir Uraloglu, who is visiting the Kingdom accompanied by a high-level delegation.
During the session, ways to enhance joint cooperation between the two countries in the fields of transport and logistics services were discussed, as well as exploring the development of partnership and cooperation in land, maritime, air, and rail transport modes.
Attending the discussion session were the Deputy Minister of Transport and Logistics Services, Dr. Rami bin Mohammed Al-Rumaih, the Chairman of the Public Transport Authority, Fawaz bin Znaif Al-Suhaili, and the CEO of Saudi Railways, Dr. Bashar bin Khalid Al-Malik.
After that, two memoranda of understanding were signed between the Kingdom and the Republic of Turkey. The first aims to cooperate between the two parties in the latest methods of providing services and logistics operations, and to exchange and support experiences and practices regarding the logistics services sector in all its types and patterns, in addition to aligning and exchanging policies and legislation for the logistics services sector.
The second memorandum aims to cooperate in the field of railways by specifying the specifications of railways and the related technologies and innovations, signaling and communication systems, digitization of railways, as well as reducing the environmental impact of the rail sector, and exchanging knowledge on best practices related to the design, implementation, operation, and maintenance of railways, in addition to creating partnerships to develop human capacities in the sector and transferring best practices and experiences in localizing railway industries.
