شهدت القضية التي رفعتها الفنانة المصرية أنغام ضد أحد الأشخاص بتهمة الإساءة إليها عبر منصات التواصل الاجتماعي المختلفة تطورًا قضائيًا جديدًا، بعدما أصدرت محكمة المنصورة الاقتصادية حكمًا بحبسه لمدة ستة أشهر مع تغريمه 20 ألف جنيه.
حكم بالإدانة
وجاء الحكم بعد ثبوت إدانة المتهم بنشر عبارات تضمنت سبّاً وقذفاً بحق الفنانة عبر منصة (إكس)، في واقعة أثارت اهتماماً واسعاً خلال الفترة الماضية قبل أن تحال إلى الجهات القضائية المختصة للفصل فيها.
ضبط المتهم
وبدأت القضية عقب تقدم أنغام ببلاغ رسمي ضد المتهم، اتهمته فيه بالإساءة إليها عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي. وعلى إثر ذلك، باشرت الجهات المختصة التحقيقات اللازمة، وتمكنت من تحديد هويته وضبطه، كما جرى التحفُّظ على الهاتف المحمول المستخدم في ارتكاب الواقعة، تمهيداً لاتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية بحقه.
مواجهة الإساءة الإلكترونية
ويأتي الحكم في إطار الجهود الرامية إلى التصدي للانتهاكات الإلكترونية والتجاوزات التي ترتكب عبر منصات التواصل الاجتماعي، لا سيما القضايا المتعلقة بالتشهير والإساءة إلى السمعة.

وفي سياق فني، تضع أنغام اللمسات على ألبومها الجديد المقرر طرحه خلال صيف 2026، إذ يشهد الألبوم تعاونات متنوعة مع نخبة من صناع الموسيقى في العالم العربي.
The case filed by the Egyptian artist Angham against an individual for insulting her through various social media platforms has witnessed a new judicial development, after the Economic Court of Mansoura issued a ruling sentencing him to six months in prison and fining him 20,000 Egyptian pounds.

The ruling came after the defendant was found guilty of publishing statements that included insults and defamation against the artist via the (X) platform, in an incident that garnered widespread attention in the past period before being referred to the relevant judicial authorities for resolution.
Arrest of the Defendant
The case began after Angham filed an official complaint against the defendant, accusing him of insulting her through social media. Following this, the relevant authorities initiated the necessary investigations, managed to identify and arrest him, and seized the mobile phone used in committing the offense, in preparation for taking legal action against him.
Confronting Electronic Abuse
The ruling comes as part of efforts aimed at addressing electronic violations and abuses committed through social media platforms, particularly cases related to defamation and damage to reputation.
New Album
In an artistic context, Angham is putting the finishing touches on her new album, set to be released in the summer of 2026, which will feature diverse collaborations with a selection of music creators in the Arab world.
