أعلن التلفزيون الإيراني الرسمي أن جنازة المرشد الراحل علي خامنئي ستبدأ يوم 4 يوليو القادم في طهران، وستختتم بدفن جثمانه في مدينة مشهد شمال شرق البلاد يوم 9 يوليو.
وأفادت وسائل إعلام إيرانية، اليوم السبت، بأن مراسم التشييع ستقام في جامع الخميني الكبير في طهران يومي 4 و5 يوليو، ثم ستقام الجنازة في طهران يوم 6 يوليو، وفي قم يوم 7 يوليو. ثم ستقام مراسم الدفن يوم 9 يوليو في مشهد، مسقط رأس علي خامنئي.
وقُتل المرشد الإيراني السابق في غارات إسرائيلية وأمريكية على إيران في أول أيام الحرب يوم 28 فبراير الماضي.
من جهة أخرى، أفادت هيئة عمليات التجارة البحرية البريطانية اليوم بأن ناقلة نفط أُصيبت بمقذوف مجهول في الجانب الأيسر من مقدمتها، على بعد 6 أميال بحرية شرقي سواحل سلطنة عمان.
وأكدت الهيئة أن «الطاقم بخير، ولم يتم الإبلاغ عن أي تأثير بيئي»، ولفتت إلى أن الناقلة «تواصل رحلتها إلى ميناء التوقف التالي».
The official Iranian television announced that the funeral of the late leader Ali Khamenei will begin on July 4 in Tehran and will conclude with his burial in the city of Mashhad in the northeast of the country on July 9.
Iranian media reported today, Saturday, that the funeral ceremonies will be held at the Grand Khomeini Mosque in Tehran on July 4 and 5, followed by the funeral in Tehran on July 6, and in Qom on July 7. The burial ceremony will then take place on July 9 in Mashhad, the birthplace of Ali Khamenei.
The former Iranian leader was killed in Israeli and American strikes on Iran on the first day of the war on February 28.
On another note, the British Maritime Trade Operations reported today that an oil tanker was hit by an unknown projectile on the left side of its bow, six nautical miles east of the coast of Oman.
The agency confirmed that “the crew is safe, and no environmental impact has been reported,” noting that the tanker “continues its journey to the next port of call.”
