أغلقت السلطات الفرنسية اليوم (الإثنين) الجناح الإسرائيلي وعدة أجنحة لشركات إسرائيلية في معرض يوروستوري، أكبر معرض دولي للدفاع والأمن في أوروبا، الذي يُقام في ضواحي باريس من 15 إلى 19 يونيو الجاري.
وذكرت تقارير أن منظمي المعرض غطّوا وأغلقوا بعض الأجنحة الإسرائيلية بألواح خشبية، بعد امتثال الشركات جزئياً للقيود الفرنسية التي تحد من عرض الأسلحة الهجومية.
وأبلغت الحكومة الفرنسية إسرائيل في بداية يونيو بقرارها حظر المشاركة الرسمية الإسرائيلية في المعرض، بما في ذلك منع مشاركة ممثلي الحكومة الإسرائيلية، وحظر إقامة جناح وطني إسرائيلي، وتقييد الشركات الإسرائيلية بعرض أنظمة الدفاع الجوي والصاروخي فقط، مع منع عرض الأسلحة والمعدات الهجومية.
ويأتي هذا القرار في سياق توتر متصاعد بين باريس وتل أبيب، خصوصاً على خلفية الحرب في غزة ولبنان، والانتقادات الفرنسية المتكررة للسياسات الإسرائيلية، حيث فرضت فرنسا قيوداً مشابهة في معارض سابقة، مثل معرض باريس الجوي عام 2025.
وأوضحت وزارة الدفاع الإسرائيلية أن القرار «مخزٍ» و«ذو دوافع سياسية»، مؤكدة أن بعض الشركات الإسرائيلية الكبرى، مثل رافائيل وإلبيت، ستستمر في المشاركة ضمن القيود المفروضة، بينما تأثرت شركات أصغر بإغلاق أجنحتها.
ويُعتبر معرض يوروستوري منصة عالمية مهمة تجمع أكثر من 1800 عارض من عشرات الدول، ويحضره آلاف الزوار والوفود الرسمية، ما يجعل القرار الفرنسي ذا تأثير رمزي وسياسي كبير على صناعة الدفاع الإسرائيلية.
يأتي هذا التطور وسط تصاعد التوترات الدبلوماسية بين فرنسا وإسرائيل، ويعكس تحولاً في السياسة الفرنسية تجاه المشاركة الإسرائيلية في المعارض العسكرية الأوروبية.
The French authorities closed today (Monday) the Israeli pavilion and several pavilions of Israeli companies at Eurosatory, the largest international defense and security exhibition in Europe, which is held in the suburbs of Paris from June 15 to 19.
Reports indicated that the organizers of the exhibition covered and closed some Israeli pavilions with wooden panels, after the companies partially complied with the French restrictions that limit the display of offensive weapons.
The French government informed Israel at the beginning of June of its decision to ban official Israeli participation in the exhibition, including preventing representatives of the Israeli government from attending, banning the establishment of a national Israeli pavilion, and restricting Israeli companies to displaying only air and missile defense systems, while prohibiting the display of offensive weapons and equipment.
This decision comes amid escalating tensions between Paris and Tel Aviv, particularly in light of the war in Gaza and Lebanon, and the repeated French criticisms of Israeli policies, as France imposed similar restrictions at previous exhibitions, such as the Paris Air Show in 2025.
The Israeli Ministry of Defense stated that the decision is “shameful” and “politically motivated,” confirming that some major Israeli companies, such as Rafael and Elbit, will continue to participate under the imposed restrictions, while smaller companies have been affected by the closure of their pavilions.
Eurosatory is considered an important global platform that brings together more than 1,800 exhibitors from dozens of countries, attended by thousands of visitors and official delegations, making the French decision symbolically and politically significant for the Israeli defense industry.
This development comes amid rising diplomatic tensions between France and Israel, reflecting a shift in French policy regarding Israeli participation in European military exhibitions.
