أعلن نادي كورينثيانز البرازيلي تعيين الهولندي كلارنس سيدورف مديراً فنياً للفريق، بموجب عقد يمتد حتى نهاية عام 2027، وفق ما كشف عنه النادي، الأحد، عبر حسابه الرسمي في منصة «إكس».
ورحّب النادي بمدربه الجديد من خلال تدوينة مقتضبة أعلن فيها توليه المهمة، في خطوة جاءت قبل ساعات من مواجهة الديربي المرتقبة أمام بالميراس، ضمن منافسات الدوري البرازيلي.
وجاء اختيار سيدورف بعد تعثر مساعي كورينثيانز للتوصل إلى اتفاق مع عدد من المدربين، من بينهم رامون دياز، وسيباستيان بيكاسيسي، وفابيو كاريلي، وسيلفينيو.
وبحسب شبكة «إي إس بي إن»، تولى المدير الرياضي للنادي، مارسيلو باز، قيادة المفاوضات مع المدرب الهولندي، الذي لم يرتبط بأي فريق منذ عام 2019.
The Brazilian club Corinthians announced the appointment of Dutchman Clarence Seedorf as the team’s head coach, under a contract that extends until the end of 2027, as revealed by the club on Sunday via its official account on the platform “X”.
The club welcomed its new coach with a brief post announcing his appointment, a move that came just hours before the anticipated derby match against Palmeiras, as part of the Brazilian league competition.
Seedorf was chosen after Corinthians struggled to reach an agreement with several coaches, including Ramón Díaz, Sebastián Beccacece, Fábio Carille, and Sylvinho.
According to ESPN, the club’s sporting director, Marcelo Pás, led the negotiations with the Dutch coach, who has not been associated with any team since 2019.
