نفذت أمانة منطقة الرياض حملة مشتركة مع الهيئة العامة للغذاء والدواء وهيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك على منشآت بيع السجائر الإلكترونية، أسفرت عن رصد ثلاث منشآت مخالفة للاشتراطات الصحية.
وشملت المضبوطات مصادرة 2302 عبوة من منتجات السجائر الإلكترونية بنكهات متنوعة، منتهية الصلاحية ومجهولة المصدر، مع عدم وجود تواريخ صلاحية على المنتجات، إضافة إلى عينات أُرسلت للفحوص المخبرية للتأكد من مستوى خطورتها وعدم مطابقتها للاشتراطات.
وتواصل الأمانة جهودها في تنفيذ الحملات الرقابية الميدانية بالشراكة مع الجهات ذات العلاقة لحماية الصحة العامة، وضمان التزام المنشآت بالأنظمة والتعليمات.
وأكدت الأمانة أن قنوات البلاغات عبر تطبيق «مدينتي» تسهم في سرعة التدخل الميداني، مشيرة إلى أن تعاون السكان يمثل شراكة فاعلة تعزز حماية المجتمع وتضمن جودة الخدمات، بما يحقق مستهدفات التنمية الحضرية المستدامة ورؤية الأمانة في الارتقاء بجودة الحياة في العاصمة.
The Riyadh Municipality conducted a joint campaign with the Saudi Food and Drug Authority and the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority targeting establishments selling electronic cigarettes, resulting in the identification of three establishments violating health regulations.
The confiscated items included 2,302 containers of electronic cigarette products with various flavors, which were expired and of unknown origin, with no expiration dates on the products. Additionally, samples were sent for laboratory testing to verify their level of danger and compliance with regulations.
The municipality continues its efforts to implement field monitoring campaigns in partnership with relevant authorities to protect public health and ensure that establishments comply with regulations and instructions.
The municipality confirmed that reporting channels through the “My City” application contribute to rapid field intervention, noting that community cooperation represents an effective partnership that enhances community protection and ensures service quality, achieving the goals of sustainable urban development and the municipality’s vision to improve the quality of life in the capital.
