طرحت المنصة الإلكترونية الموحدة لاستطلاع آراء العموم والجهات الحكومية (استطلاع)، التابعة للمركز السعودي للتنافسية والأعمال، 47 مشروعاً ذا صلة بالشأن الاقتصادي والتنموي، لإبداء المرئيات حولها.
وشملت المشاريع مشروع (متطلبات واشتراطات اليخوت السعودية)، الذي طرحته الهيئة السعودية للبحر الأحمر؛ بهدف تطوير الإطار التنظيمي وتحويل اللائحة التنظيمية إلى متطلبات واشتراطات واضحة، بما يعزز كفاءة الإجراءات ويحسن رحلة العميل. وينتهي الاستطلاع على المشروع في 6 نوفمبر 2026.
كما طرحت وزارة البيئة والمياه والزراعة مشروع (تحديث اللائحة التنفيذية للمناطق المحمية)، الذي يهدف إلى تضمين أحكام تتيح تطبيق اللائحة داخل النطاق الجغرافي للمحميات الملكية وغيرها من المحميات، وينتهي الاستطلاع عليه في 6 نوفمبر 2026.
وتضمّنت المشاريع أيضاً مشروع (ضوابط تطوير الأراضي المخططة والمخصصة لبرامج الدعم السكني وفقاً للمادة الثالثة عشرة من لائحة التصرف بالعقارات البلدية)، الذي طرحته وزارة البلديات والإسكان؛ بهدف وضع طرق لاستثمار الأراضي البلدية مقابل تطويرها أو تنفيذ وحدات سكنية لصالح مستفيدي الإسكان التنموي أو غيرهم، وفقاً للائحة التصرف بالعقارات البلدية الصادرة بالأمر السامي (40152). وينتهي الاستطلاع على المشروع في 10 نوفمبر 2026م.
The unified electronic platform for public and government opinion surveys (Survey), affiliated with the Saudi Center for Competitiveness and Business, has launched 47 projects related to economic and developmental matters for public feedback.
Among the projects is the (Requirements and Conditions for Saudi Yachts) project, proposed by the Saudi Red Sea Authority; aimed at developing the regulatory framework and transforming the regulatory list into clear requirements and conditions, which enhances procedural efficiency and improves the customer journey. The survey for this project will conclude on November 6, 2026.
The Ministry of Environment, Water, and Agriculture has also proposed the (Updating the Executive Regulation for Protected Areas) project, which aims to include provisions that allow the application of the regulation within the geographical scope of royal reserves and other protected areas, with the survey ending on November 6, 2026.
The projects also included the (Regulations for Developing Planned Lands Designated for Housing Support Programs in accordance with Article 13 of the Municipal Real Estate Disposal Regulation) project, proposed by the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing; aimed at establishing methods for investing municipal lands in exchange for their development or the implementation of housing units for the benefit of beneficiaries of developmental housing or others, in accordance with the municipal real estate disposal regulation issued by the royal decree (40152). The survey for this project will conclude on November 10, 2026.
