تواصل الوحدات المتنقلة للأحوال المدنية تقديم خدماتها للرجال والنساء في 107 مواقع بمختلف مناطق السعودية، ضمن مبادرة (نأتي إليك) المخصصة لخدمة الجهات الحكومية والخاصة، ومبادرة (موجودين) الهادفة إلى خدمة المحافظات والمراكز والقرى البعيدة عن مكاتب الأحوال المدنية.
وشملت مواقع الخدمة، خلال الأسبوع الجاري، عددًا من الجهات التعليمية والحكومية والخدمية في مناطق القصيم والرياض والباحة وعسير وحائل ومكة المكرمة والمنطقة الشرقية والجوف وتبوك ونجران والمدينة المنورة والحدود الشمالية وجازان؛ وذلك وفق جدول ميداني يستهدف تسهيل وصول الخدمات إلى المستفيدين والمستفيدات في مواقعهم.
وتوفر الوحدات المتنقلة حزمة من خدمات السجل المدني؛ من أبرزها إصدار بطاقة الهوية الوطنية وتجديدها وإصدار بدل تالف، بما يسهم في رفع مستوى الاستفادة من الخدمات وتيسير إنجاز الإجراءات للمواطنين والمواطنات.
وتُعد الوحدات المتنقلة إحدى أبرز وسائل تقديم الخدمات الميدانية في وكالة وزارة الداخلية للأحوال المدنية، لما توفره من مرونة في الوصول إلى المستفيدين، خاصة في المواقع البعيدة، بما يختصر الوقت والجهد ويعزز جودة الخدمات المقدمة.
The mobile units of the Civil Status Department continue to provide their services to men and women in 107 locations across various regions of Saudi Arabia, as part of the initiative (We Come to You) dedicated to serving government and private entities, and the initiative (We Are Present) aimed at serving provinces, centers, and villages far from Civil Status offices.
During the current week, the service locations included a number of educational, governmental, and service entities in the regions of Qassim, Riyadh, Al-Baha, Asir, Hail, Mecca, the Eastern Province, Al-Jouf, Tabuk, Najran, Medina, the Northern Borders, and Jazan; according to a field schedule aimed at facilitating access to services for beneficiaries in their locations.
The mobile units provide a range of civil registry services, the most notable of which are issuing and renewing the national identity card and issuing replacements for damaged cards, which contributes to enhancing the level of benefit from services and facilitating the completion of procedures for citizens.
The mobile units are considered one of the most prominent means of providing field services in the Ministry of Interior’s Civil Status Agency, due to the flexibility they offer in reaching beneficiaries, especially in remote locations, thereby saving time and effort and enhancing the quality of the services provided.
