أكد نائب أمير منطقة نجران الأمير تركي بن هذلول بن عبدالعزيز، أن المملكة أرست منذ تأسيسها مبادئ الحق والعدل والإنصاف، وجعلت من القضاء ركيزة أساسية لحفظ الحقوق وصون الكرامة الإنسانية في إطار من العدالة المستندة إلى الشريعة الإسلامية والأنظمة المرعية.
جاء ذلك خلال استقبال الأمير تركي بن هذلول في مكتبه اليوم، رئيس محكمة الاستئناف بمنطقة نجران الشيخ عبدالله بن سعد الدوسري، حيث نوّه بما يحظى به القطاع القضائي من دعم واهتمام من القيادة الرشيدة، بما يُسهم في تطوير منظومة العدالة وتعزيز كفاءتها.
وثمّن نائب أمير نجران الجهود التي يبذلها مرفق القضاء في إحقاق الحق وترسيخ مبادئ العدل، مشيراً إلى أن المنظومة القضائية في المملكة راعت حقوق المتهمين والمتقاضين ضمن إطار شرعي وقانوني وإنساني متكامل، يكفل للمواطن والمقيم التمتع بحقوقه المقررة ويعزز الثقة في العدالة وسيادة القانون.
The Deputy Emir of Najran Region, Prince Turki bin Hadhlool bin Abdulaziz, affirmed that the Kingdom has established principles of truth, justice, and fairness since its founding, making the judiciary a fundamental pillar for preserving rights and safeguarding human dignity within a framework of justice based on Islamic law and applicable regulations.
This came during Prince Turki bin Hadhlool’s reception today in his office of the President of the Court of Appeal in Najran Region, Sheikh Abdullah bin Saad Al-Dosari, where he highlighted the support and attention the judicial sector receives from the wise leadership, which contributes to the development of the justice system and enhances its efficiency.
The Deputy Emir of Najran praised the efforts made by the judiciary in establishing justice and reinforcing the principles of fairness, noting that the judicial system in the Kingdom has taken into account the rights of defendants and litigants within a comprehensive legal, regulatory, and humanitarian framework that guarantees citizens and residents the enjoyment of their established rights and enhances trust in justice and the rule of law.
