The Organization of Islamic Cooperation strongly condemned the continued heinous aggression of the Houthi terrorist militia against the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, targeting King Fahd International Airport in Dammam and one of the facilities in the Shaybah field in the Eastern Province, resulting in the death of four individuals and ten injuries.
In a statement from the General Secretariat of the organization, His Excellency the Secretary-General, Chairman of the Association of Muslim Scholars, Sheikh Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa, renewed the condemnation of these treacherous terrorist attacks, which violate all religious values, international laws, and humanitarian norms, and emphasize the criminal approach of this terrorist militia in deliberately targeting civilians and civilian facilities.
He reiterated – on behalf of the organization’s assemblies, bodies, and global councils, and on behalf of all the Islamic peoples under its umbrella – the full solidarity with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in all measures it takes to deter aggressors and to safeguard its security and the safety of its citizens and residents on its territory, asking Allah Almighty to protect it, its land, leadership, and people from all harm and misfortune.
