من المنتظر أن يعود النجم الاتحادي محمد دومبيا للمشاركة في المباريات مع فريقه دوري روشن السعودي للمحترفين، وكأس الملك، ودوري أبطال آسيا لأندية النخبة، في مطلع فبراير القادم.
وأكد نادي الاتحاد أن اللاعب سيبدأ في المشاركة تدريجياً في التدريبات الجماعية خلال الأسابيع القادمة، بالتزامن مع استمرار المتابعة الطبية وقياس مدى تحسن حالته واستجابته للبرنامج التأهيلي.
وكان دومبيا خضع (الخميس) الماضي لفحص طبي روتيني بعد مرور ستة أشهر على العملية الجراحية التي أجراها في الرباط الصليبي الأمامي، وذلك خلال زيارة متابعة مع البروفيسور برتراند سونيري كوتيه في مدينة ليون الفرنسية.
وأظهرت الفحوصات الطبية والتقييمات الوظيفية نتائجَ مشجعةً، حيث حقق اللاعب الأهداف المحددة لهذه المرحلة من التعافي.
The Union star Mohamed Doumbia is expected to return to participate in matches with his team in the Saudi Pro League, the King’s Cup, and the AFC Champions League for elite clubs at the beginning of next February.
The Union Club confirmed that the player will gradually start participating in group training over the coming weeks, coinciding with the ongoing medical follow-up and measuring the improvement in his condition and response to the rehabilitation program.
Doumbia underwent a routine medical examination last Thursday, six months after the surgery he had on his anterior cruciate ligament, during a follow-up visit with Professor Bertrand Sounery Cottet in Lyon, France.
The medical tests and functional assessments showed encouraging results, as the player achieved the goals set for this stage of recovery.
