كشف مصدر موثوق مقتل من يسمى قائد محور تعز في مليشيا الحوثي، طلال محمد علي سعيد، المنتحل رتبة لواء، والمكنى «أبو نصر الشميري»، متأثراً بإصابته في المعارك الدائرة بمنطقة المطار القديم غربي مدينة تعز.
وقال مصدر موثوق من أبناء قرية القيادي لـ«عكاظ» إن «أبو نصر» أصيب قبل يومين خلال المعارك، ونقل إلى صنعاء في حالة حرجة، قبل أن يتوفى ليلة أمس.
وأوضح المصدر أن القيادي الصريع من العناصر التي استدرجتها مليشيا الحوثي في سن مبكرة، إذ كان والده القادم من مديرية مقبنة بمحافظة تعز، يعمل في منطقة حرف سفيان بمحافظة عمران ويقيم فيها مع أسرته.
وأضاف أن المليشيا استقطبت طلال وهو في التاسعة من عمره، وأخضعته لأفكارها المتطرفة، قبل أن تدرجه ضمن العناصر المسؤولة عن ترويج المخدرات والاتجار بها.
وبحسب المصادر، عُيّن طلال عام 2012 قائداً لما يسمى بمحور تعز وقائداً للواء 33، وظل خلال السنوات الماضية يعمل بعيداً عن الواجهة، متولياً الدفع بتعزيزات المليشيا إلى مختلف الجبهات. كما اتخذ من مديرية مقبنة معقلاً لنشاط المليشيا، واستحدث مواقع لها في مناطق الشراجيع وبيدح والمهساس وغيل المخيشيب، القريبة من قريته.
وأفادت المصادر بأن «أبو نصر الشميري» دخل، عقب وصوله إلى مقبنة، في صراعات مع متحوثين من أبناء المنطقة على خلفية تهريب المخدرات وعائداتها، وتمكن من تصفية عدد منهم، بينهم قيادي عام 2017.
وأضافت أن الخلافات دفعت قيادات حوثية إلى التدخل، ومنح شقيق القيادي المتحوث الصريع عمار الجرزي منصب عضو في مجلس الشورى التابع للمليشيا وقيادة اللواء الرابع، مقابل وقف الصراعات.
وذكرت المصادر أن «أبو نصر الشميري» تولى، إلى جانب مسؤوليته المزعومة قائداً لمحور تعز، الإشراف على تهريب المخدرات والأسلحة في المناطق الخاضعة لسيطرته، مشيرة إلى أنه كان من العناصر المتشددة داخل المليشيا.
وكانت المليشيا الحوثية قد سلمت جثة أحد حراسته إلى اسرته في قرية السويهرة شمال مديرية مقبنة بمحافظة تعز (الأحد) وتم دفنه أمس (الإثنين).
A reliable source revealed the killing of the one known as the commander of the Taiz axis in the Houthi militia, Talal Muhammad Ali Said, who was impersonating the rank of a major general and was nicknamed “Abu Nasr Al-Shamiri,” as a result of his injuries in the ongoing battles in the area of the old airport west of the city of Taiz.
A reliable source from the village of the leader told “Okaz” that “Abu Nasr” was injured two days ago during the battles and was transferred to Sana’a in critical condition before he passed away last night.
The source explained that the fallen leader was one of the elements recruited by the Houthi militia at a young age, as his father, who came from the Maqbana district in Taiz governorate, worked in the Harf Sufyan area in Amran governorate and lived there with his family.
He added that the militia recruited Talal when he was nine years old and subjected him to its extremist ideologies before including him among the elements responsible for drug promotion and trafficking.
According to sources, Talal was appointed in 2012 as the commander of what is called the Taiz axis and the commander of the 33rd Brigade. He remained in the background over the past years, overseeing the reinforcement of the militia to various fronts. He also made the Maqbana district a stronghold for the militia’s activities and established sites for them in the areas of Al-Sharajee, Baydah, Al-Muhsass, and Ghayl Al-Mukhayshib, near his village.
Sources reported that “Abu Nasr Al-Shamiri” entered into conflicts upon his arrival in Maqbana with Houthi-affiliated individuals from the area over drug smuggling and its proceeds, managing to eliminate several of them, including a leader in 2017.
They added that the disputes prompted Houthi leaders to intervene, granting the brother of the fallen Houthi leader, Ammar Al-Jarzi, a position as a member of the Shura Council affiliated with the militia and the leadership of the fourth brigade in exchange for stopping the conflicts.
Sources mentioned that “Abu Nasr Al-Shamiri,” in addition to his alleged responsibility as the commander of the Taiz axis, oversaw drug and arms smuggling in the areas under his control, indicating that he was one of the hardline elements within the militia.
The Houthi militia had handed over the body of one of his guards to his family in the village of Al-Suweihra, north of the Maqbana district in Taiz governorate (on Sunday), and he was buried yesterday (Monday).
