عاد اسم الفنان أحمد عز إلى أروقة محاكم الأسرة على خلفية دعوى حبس أقامها محامي الفنانة زينة، للمطالبة بسداد 180 ألف جنيه قيمة متجمد أجر خادم عن فترة سابقة.
وبحسب أوراق الدعوى، فإن المطالبة تتعلق بمبلغ مستحق يمثل متجمد أجر خادم عن أشهر ماضية، فيما جرى سداد 80 ألف جنيه من إجمالي المبلغ المطالب به، مع استمرار الإجراءات لاستكمال سداد المبلغ المتبقي.
وتأتي هذه القضية بعد دعوى سابقة انتهت بالتصالح، إثر سداد مبلغ 570 ألف جنيه قيمة متجمد أجر خادم عن ثلاث سنوات ماضية، ما أدى حينها إلى انقضاء الدعوى.
ويُعد هذا الملف امتداداً لسلسلة من النزاعات القضائية المرتبطة بالحقوق المالية والأسرية بين الطرفين، التي شهدت خلال السنوات الماضية عدة جلسات وأحكام أمام محاكم الأسرة المصرية.
