ضبطت الفرق الرقابية بوزارة التجارة موقعا لتخزين لحوم دواجن مجهولة المصدر، تستغله عمالة مخالفة في ممارسة الغش التجاري، من خلال تعبئة الدجاج داخل عبوات بلاستيكية تحمل أسماء علامات تجارية مشهورة، بقصد بيعها في الأسواق.
وأسفرت العملية عن ضبط وإتلاف 250 كيلوغراما من لحوم الدواجن قبل وصولها إلى المستهلكين، فيما أغلق الموقع بالتعاون مع الجهات الحكومية والحملات الأمنية.
وأحالت وزارة التجارة المخالفين لاتخاذ الإجراءات النظامية بحقهم، وتطبيق العقوبات المقررة.
The monitoring teams at the Ministry of Commerce have uncovered a site for storing poultry meat of unknown origin, which is being exploited by illegal labor to engage in commercial fraud by packaging the chicken in plastic containers bearing the names of well-known brands, with the intent to sell it in the markets.
The operation resulted in the seizure and destruction of 250 kilograms of poultry meat before it reached consumers, while the site was closed in cooperation with government agencies and security campaigns.
The Ministry of Commerce has referred the violators for legal action to be taken against them and to apply the prescribed penalties.
