أصدرت وزارة الداخلية اليوم (الثلاثاء)،بيانًا بشأن تنفيذ حُكم القتل «حد الغيلة» في أحد الجناة بمنطقة مكة المكرمة، فيما يلي نصه: قال الله تعالى: (إِنَّمَا جَزَاءُ الَّذِينَ يُحَارِبُونَ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ وَيَسْعَوْنَ فِي الْأَرْضِ فَسَادًا أَن يُقَتَّلُوا أَوْ يُصَلَّبُوا أَوْ تُقَطَّعَ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَأَرْجُلُهُم مِّنْ خِلَافٍ أَوْ يُنفَوْا مِنَ الْأَرْضِ ذَلِكَ لَهُمْ خِزْيٌ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَلَهُمْ فِي الْآخِرَةِ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ).
أقدم / عبدالعزيز بن محمد بن عبدالله آل صارم الغامدي (سعودي الجنسية) على قتل/ شروق بنت مرزوق بن سعيد الحربي (سعودية الجنسية)، بعد استدراجها وطعنها بأداة حادة مما أدى إلى وفاتها.
وبفضل من الله تمكنت الجهات الأمنية من القبض على الجاني المذكور وأسفر التحقيق معه عن توجيه الاتهام إليه بارتكاب جريمته، وبإحالته إلى المحكمة المختصة، وثبوت أهليته وتكليفه، صدر بحقه صك يقضي بثبوت إدانته بما نسب إليه، ولأن ما أقدم عليه كان على وجه تأمن فيه المجني عليها من غائلته، فقد تم الحكم بقتله حدًا للغيلة، وأصبح الحكم نهائيًا بعد تأييده من مرجعه، وصدر أمر ملكي بإنفاذ ما تقرر شرعًا.
وتم تنفيذ حكم القتل حدًا بالجاني/ عبدالعزيز بن محمد بن عبدالله آل صارم الغامدي (سعودي الجنسية) يوم الثلاثاء 1448/5/23هـ الموافق 2026/11/3م بمنطقة مكة المكرمة.
ووزارة الداخلية إذ تعلن ذلك لتؤكد للجميع حرص حكومة المملكة العربية السعودية على استتباب الأمن وتحقيق العدل وتنفيذ أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية في كل من يتعدى على الآمنين أو يسفك دمائهم وينتهك حقهم في الحياة، وتحذر في الوقت ذاته كل من تسول له نفسه الإقدام على مثل ذلك بأن العقاب الشرعي سيكون مصيره.
والله الهادي إلى سواء السبيل.
The Ministry of Interior issued a statement today (Tuesday) regarding the implementation of the death sentence “Hudud al-Ghila” on one of the perpetrators in the Makkah region, the text of which is as follows: Allah Almighty said: (The only reward of those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger and strive to spread corruption in the land is that they be killed or crucified or that their hands and feet be cut off from opposite sides, or that they be exiled from the land. That is for them a disgrace in this world, and in the Hereafter, they will have a great punishment).
Abdulaziz bin Muhammad bin Abdullah Al-Sarim Al-Ghamdi (Saudi national) committed the murder of Shuruq bint Marzouk bin Saeed Al-Harbi (Saudi national), after luring her and stabbing her with a sharp object, which led to her death.
Thanks to Allah, the security authorities were able to arrest the aforementioned perpetrator, and the investigation with him resulted in charges being brought against him for committing his crime. He was referred to the competent court, and upon confirming his eligibility and responsibility, a ruling was issued confirming his conviction for what was attributed to him. Since what he did was in a manner that the victim felt secure from his harm, he was sentenced to death as a Hudud al-Ghila. The ruling became final after being upheld by his reference, and a royal order was issued to enforce what was decided according to Sharia.
The death sentence was carried out against the perpetrator Abdulaziz bin Muhammad bin Abdullah Al-Sarim Al-Ghamdi (Saudi national) on Tuesday, 23/5/1448 AH, corresponding to 3/11/2026 AD, in the Makkah region.
The Ministry of Interior announces this to affirm to everyone the keenness of the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on maintaining security, achieving justice, and implementing the rulings of Islamic Sharia against anyone who transgresses against the safe, spills their blood, or violates their right to life. It also warns anyone who dares to commit such acts that the legal punishment will be their fate.
