تلقى وزير الخارجية الأمير فيصل بن فرحان بن عبدالله، اتصالاً هاتفياً، من وزير الخارجية والتعاون الدولي والمصريين بالخارج بجمهورية مصر العربية الدكتور بدر عبدالعاطي.
وجرى خلال الاتصال بحث مستجدات الأوضاع الإقليمية، والجهود المبذولة لاحتواء التوترات في المنطقة والحد من اتساع النزاعات فيها، مؤكداً أهمية مواصلة التنسيق والتشاور، ودعم المساعي الرامية لخفض التصعيد وتعزيز الحوار والحلول الدبلوماسية؛ بما يحفظ أمن المنطقة واستقرارها.
وجدد خلال الاتصال إدانة جمهورية مصر العربية الشقيقة ورفضها أي تهديد لأمن المملكة ودول الخليج، مؤكداً أن أمنها جزء لا يتجزأ من الأمن القومي العربي.
Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah received a phone call from the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and Egyptians abroad of the Arab Republic of Egypt, Dr. Badr Abdel Aty.
During the call, they discussed the latest developments in the regional situation and the efforts being made to contain tensions in the region and limit the expansion of conflicts, emphasizing the importance of continuing coordination and consultation, and supporting efforts aimed at de-escalation and enhancing dialogue and diplomatic solutions; in a way that preserves the security and stability of the region.
During the call, the sisterly Arab Republic of Egypt reiterated its condemnation and rejection of any threat to the security of the Kingdom and the Gulf States, affirming that its security is an integral part of Arab national security.
