أعلنت وزارة التجارة العراقية، اليوم، آلية الإجراءات القانونية بشأن حالات الغش والاحتكار والتلاعب بالأسعار، مؤكدة أنها لن تتهاون في متابعة الممارسات التجارية التي تضر بمصالح المواطنين.
حماية المستهلك
وقال مستشار وزارة التجارة، محمد حنون:«إن جهود الوزارة الرقابية مستمرة لمتابعة حركة الأسواق المحلية في بغداد والمحافظات، بالتنسيق مع الجهات الحكومية المختصة، بهدف حماية المستهلك وضمان سلامة المواد الغذائية والاستهلاكية والحد من الممارسات التجارية المخالفة للقانون».
وأضاف:«الأجهزة الرقابية المختصة تنفذ جولات ميدانية لمتابعة الأسواق والمحال التجارية والمخازن، والتأكد من صلاحية المواد المعروضة وتواريخ إنتاجها وانتهائها وبلد المنشأ، فضلاً عن متابعة مطابقتها للمواصفات القياسية العراقية، بالتعاون مع الجهات الصحية والجهاز المركزي للتقييس والسيطرة النوعية».
The Iraqi Ministry of Trade announced today the legal procedures regarding cases of fraud, monopoly, and price manipulation, confirming that it will not tolerate commercial practices that harm the interests of citizens.
Consumer Protection
The advisor to the Ministry of Trade, Mohammed Hanoon, stated: “The ministry’s monitoring efforts are ongoing to follow the movement of local markets in Baghdad and the provinces, in coordination with the relevant government agencies, with the aim of protecting consumers and ensuring the safety of food and consumer goods, as well as limiting illegal commercial practices.”
He added: “The specialized monitoring agencies conduct field tours to follow up on markets, shops, and warehouses, ensuring the validity of the displayed materials, their production and expiration dates, and their country of origin, in addition to monitoring their compliance with Iraqi standard specifications, in cooperation with health authorities and the Central Organization for Standardization and Quality Control.”
