وفي كتاب «سياسة الملك المؤسس عبدالعزيز بن عبدالرحمن آل سعود في استصلاح الرجال» يبرزُ جانباً مهماً من هذه الشخصية القيادية الفذّة، حيث يسلّط الكتاب الضوء على منهج المؤسس في التعامل مع مخالفيه، وقدرته على تحويل الخصومة إلى تعاون، واستثمار الكفاءات والخبرات في خدمة الوطن.
وجاء ثمرة ندوة أُقيمت ضمن جلسة أمير منطقة القصيم بقصر التوحيد في بريدة، بمناسبة اليوم الوطني للمملكة العربية السعودية، وقدّم له الأمير الدكتور فيصل بن مشعل بن سعود بن عبدالعزيز، وشارك في تأليفه محمد بن عبدالرحمن السلامة، وأحمد بن عبدالعزيز البسام، وسليمان بن محمد العطني، فيما تولى مراجعته العلمية خليفة بن عبدالرحمن المسعود، بالتعاون مع جامعة القصيم التي اضطلعت بطباعته وإخراجه.
وفي تقديمه، يحدد أمير منطقة القصيم الغاية المعرفية من استعادة هذه التجربة، بربط دراسة صفات المؤسس بالمواقف التي تكشف أثرها في إعادة تأهيل الرجال ومنحهم فرصة المشاركة في بناء الدولة. ويستحضر ما تلقاه من روايات وشواهد، وما قرأه في المصادر المكتوبة وأقوال المعاصرين من عرب وأجانب، موضحاً أن اهتمامه بهذا الجانب دفعه إلى استضافة المؤرخين والمختصين في جلسات قصر التوحيد.

In the book “The Policy of the Founding King Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Al Saud in the Rehabilitation of Individuals,” an important aspect of this remarkable leadership personality is highlighted, as the book sheds light on the founder’s method of dealing with his opponents, his ability to transform enmity into cooperation, and to invest in competencies and experiences for the service of the homeland.
This book is the fruit of a seminar held during a session of the Prince of Al-Qassim Region at the Al-Tawheed Palace in Buraidah, on the occasion of the National Day of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It was presented by Prince Dr. Faisal bin Mishal bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, and co-authored by Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Salamah, Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Al-Bassam, and Suleiman bin Mohammed Al-Otani, while the scientific review was undertaken by Khalifa bin Abdulrahman Al-Masoud, in collaboration with Qassim University, which took on its printing and publication.
In his introduction, the Prince of Al-Qassim Region defines the intellectual purpose of revisiting this experience by linking the study of the founder’s characteristics to the situations that reveal their impact on rehabilitating individuals and granting them the opportunity to participate in building the state.
