ألقت دوريات الأفواج الأمنية بمحافظة الدائر في منطقة جازان القبض على مقيم من الجنسية البنغلاديشية، بعد ضبطه أثناء نقل مخالف لنظام أمن الحدود بواسطة مركبة يقودها، حيث جرى إيقافهما واستكمال الإجراءات النظامية بحقهما.
وأُحيل مخالف نظام أمن الحدود إلى جهة الاختصاص، فيما أُحيل الشخص الذي تولى نقله إلى النيابة العامة لاتخاذ الإجراءات النظامية بحقه.
وأكدت وكالة وزارة الداخلية لشؤون الأفواج الأمنية أن تسهيل دخول مخالفي نظام أمن الحدود إلى المملكة أو نقلهم أو إيواءهم أو تقديم أي شكلٍ من أشكال المساعدة لهم يعد مخالفة جسيمة تستوجب عقوبات مشددة، قد تصل إلى السجن لمدة 15 عاماً، وغرامة مالية تصل إلى مليون ريال، إلى جانب مصادرة وسيلة النقل أو السكن المستخدم للتستر أو الإيواء، والتشهير بالمخالف.
وشددت الوكالة على أن هذه الأفعال تُعد من الجرائم الكبيرة الموجبة للتوقيف والمخلة بالشرف والأمانة، داعيةً إلى الإبلاغ عن مخالفي أنظمة الإقامة والعمل وأمن الحدود عبر الأرقام المخصصة في مختلف مناطق المملكة.
The security patrols of the security forces in the Al-Dayer governorate in the Jazan region arrested a resident of Bangladeshi nationality after he was caught transporting a violator of the border security system using a vehicle he was driving. Both were stopped and legal procedures were completed against them.
The violator of the border security system was referred to the competent authority, while the person who transported him was referred to the Public Prosecution to take legal action against him.
The Ministry of Interior’s Agency for Security Forces confirmed that facilitating the entry of violators of the border security system into the Kingdom, transporting them, sheltering them, or providing any form of assistance to them is a serious violation that warrants severe penalties, which may reach up to 15 years in prison and a fine of up to one million riyals, in addition to the confiscation of the means of transport or housing used for concealment or sheltering, and the publicizing of the violator.
The agency emphasized that these actions are considered major crimes that warrant detention and are detrimental to honor and integrity, calling for reporting violators of residency, labor, and border security regulations through the designated numbers in various regions of the Kingdom.
