أعلنت وزارة التربية والتعليم في مصر، اليوم (السبت)، اتخاذ إجراءات فورية وحاسمة تجاه واقعة انتشار الفيديو الصادم الذي وثّق إهانة متعمدة لمعلمة داخل فصل بمدرسة عبدالسلام المحجوب بالإسكندرية.
وانتشر فيديو على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي في مصر داخل أحد الفصول بمدرسة في الإسكندرية، ظهر خلاله عدد من الطلاب يمارسون سلوكيات غير منضبطة متعمدين خلالها إهانة إحدى المعلمات بالمدرسة.
وقرر وزير التربية والتعليم محمد عبداللطيف إحالة الواقعة كاملة إلى الشؤون القانونية لاتخاذ أقصى أنواع الجزاءات بحق كل من يثبت تقصيره أو تورطه من إدارة المدرسة والإدارة التعليمية.
كما وجه وزير التعليم بفصل الطلاب المشاركين في الواقعة فصلا نهائيا لمدة عام، مع عدم السماح بقيدهم بأي مدرسة أخرى قبل العام الدراسي 2026/2027.
وشدد وزير التربية والتعليم على أن كرامة المعلّم خطٌ أحمر، مؤكدا أن الوزارة لن تتهاون ولن تسمح بأي شكل من أشكال التجاوز أو الإساءة التي تمسّ هيبة المعلّم، وأن الانضباط المدرسي واحترام المعلّم هما الأساس الذي تُبنى عليه العملية التعليمية، مشيرا إلى أن أي محاولة للإخلال بالنظام المدرسي أو تجاوز في حق أي معلم سيقابل بإجراءات رادعة وفورية.
وكانت الواقعة أثارت غضبا كبيرا على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي بعد تداول فيديو تظهر فيه معلمة من داخل الفصل توثق سلوكيات غير منضبطة من بعض الطلاب وتناشد الوزير معاقبتهم وفصلهم.
وأظهر الفيديو الذي انتشر على نطاق واسع داخل أحد الفصول بمدرسة عبدالسلام المحجوب الإعدادية التابعة لإدارة الرمل التعليمية في الإسكندرية، قيام الطلاب بقمع المعلمة لمنعها عن الشرح داخل الفصل، من خلال الصراخ الجماعي، والتصفيق الساخر والضحك الهستيري وترديد عبارات مهينة مباشرة.
وحاولت المعلمة السيطرة على الفصل لكن دون جدوى، ثم اضطرت لتصوير المقطع بنفسها كنوع من التوثيق ورفعته إلى إدارة المدرسة، لكن المقطع تسرّب بعد ساعات قليلة وانتشر كالنار في الهشيم على «تيك توك» و«إكس» تحت وسم «مدرسة المشاغبين»، مع تفاعل غاضب من ملايين المصريين ومطالبات فورية بفصل الطلاب ومحاسبة إدارة المدرسة.
The Ministry of Education in Egypt announced today (Saturday) that it has taken immediate and decisive action regarding the shocking video that documented the deliberate humiliation of a teacher inside a classroom at Abdel Salam El Mahgoub School in Alexandria.
A video circulated on social media in Egypt showing a number of students engaging in disruptive behavior, intentionally humiliating one of the teachers at the school.
Education Minister Mohamed Abdel Latif decided to refer the entire incident to the legal affairs department to impose the strictest penalties on anyone found negligent or involved from the school administration and the educational authority.
The Minister of Education also directed that the students involved in the incident be permanently expelled for one year, with no allowance for their enrollment in any other school before the 2026/2027 academic year.
The Minister of Education emphasized that the dignity of the teacher is a red line, asserting that the ministry will not tolerate or allow any form of violation or abuse that undermines the teacher’s authority, and that school discipline and respect for teachers are the foundation upon which the educational process is built. He pointed out that any attempt to disrupt the school system or violate the rights of any teacher will be met with immediate and strict measures.
The incident sparked significant outrage on social media platforms after a video circulated showing a teacher inside the classroom documenting the disruptive behavior of some students and appealing to the minister to punish and expel them.
The widely circulated video from one of the classrooms at Abdel Salam El Mahgoub Preparatory School, which is part of the Raml educational administration in Alexandria, showed students silencing the teacher to prevent her from teaching by shouting collectively, mock applause, hysterical laughter, and directly repeating insulting phrases.
The teacher tried to regain control of the classroom but to no avail, and then she was forced to film the clip herself as a form of documentation and submitted it to the school administration. However, the clip leaked just a few hours later and spread like wildfire on TikTok and X under the hashtag “School of Troublemakers,” with angry reactions from millions of Egyptians and immediate calls for the expulsion of the students and accountability of the school administration.
