لم يكن لقاء رئيس نادي الاتحاد فهد سندي سوى حلقة ممنتجة بعناية لإظهار صورة هادئة، لكنها في الحقيقة كشفت ارتباكاً أكبر مما حاولت إخفاءه.
جماهير الاتحاد دخلت اللقاء بحثاً عن الحقيقة.. وخرجت منه بحقيبة ممتلئة بالأسئلة، صفر إجابات، وكثير من الغموض.
المشكلة لم تكن فقط في المحتوى، بل في الأساس الذي بُني عليه اللقاء. إدارة حوار باهتة، وأسئلة بلا عمق، وكأن الهدف لم يكن كشف الحقائق، بل تمرير الوقت. عندما يكون النادي في مرحلة حساسة، والجماهير تغلي، فإن أقل ما يُطلب هو حوار شجاع وصريح، لا جلسة علاقات عامة.
الأخطر من ذلك، أن أغلب الإجابات جاءت خارج نطاق اختصاص رئيس النادي. حين تُطرح ملفات تخص الإدارة الرياضية، التخطيط الفني، القرارات المصيرية، ثم يأتي الرد: «هذا ليس من اختصاصي».. هنا يتوقف كل شيء. إذا لم تكن من اختصاصك، إذن ما هو دورك تحديداً؟
الجماهير لا تبحث عن مسميات إدارية، بل تبحث عن مسؤول يتحمل القرار ويقف أمام العاصفة.
الاتحاد اليوم ليس نادياً يعيش مرحلة رفاهية تسمح بلقاءات شكلية. الاتحاد يعيش أزمة ثقة. وجمهور الاتحاد لا يريد كلمات منمقة، بل يريد وضوحاً، اعترافاً بالأخطاء، وخارطة طريق حقيقية. اللقاء لم يقدم شيئاً من ذلك. لم يوضح ما يحدث خلف الكواليس، لم يفسر القرارات الغامضة، ولم يمنح الجماهير أي شعور بالاطمئنان.
بل على العكس.. خرج المتلقي الاتحادي وهو يشعر أن المسافة بين الإدارة والجمهور أصبحت أكبر. نفس الغموض، نفس الضبابية، ونفس علامات الاستفهام التي تلاحق المشهد منذ أشهر. اللقاء كان فرصة ذهبية لاستعادة جزء من الثقة، لكنه تحول إلى دليل جديد على أن الأزمة أعمق مما يُقال.
الإعلام ليس منصة تجميل. الإعلام الحقيقي يواجه، يسأل، يضغط، ويبحث عن الحقيقة. أما ما شاهدناه فكان نموذجاً لحوار بلا أنياب، بقي فيه الحديث يدور في دائرة مغلقة، لا بداية لها ولا نهاية.
جماهير الاتحاد تستحق أكثر، تستحق إدارة تتحدث بوضوح، وإعلاماً يحترم عقلها، ولقاءات تُبنى على الشفافية لا على الإخراج التلفزيوني. النادي أكبر من الأشخاص، وأكبر من المجاملات. الاتحاد كيان صنعه جمهوره، ولن يقبل أن يُدار خلف ستار من العبارات الفضفاضة.
إن لم تكن هناك إجابات اليوم.. فالغد سيطالب بها بصوت أعلى.
The meeting with the president of Al-Ittihad Club, Fahd Sindi, was nothing more than a carefully produced episode to present a calm image, but in reality, it revealed more confusion than it tried to hide.
Al-Ittihad fans entered the meeting in search of the truth… and left with a bag full of questions, zero answers, and a lot of ambiguity.
The problem was not only in the content but in the very foundation on which the meeting was built. A lackluster dialogue management, shallow questions, as if the goal was not to uncover the truths but to pass the time. When the club is in a sensitive phase, and the fans are boiling, the least that is required is a brave and frank dialogue, not a public relations session.
Worse still, most of the answers fell outside the scope of the club president’s responsibilities. When issues concerning sports management, technical planning, and crucial decisions are raised, and the response is: “This is not within my jurisdiction”… everything stops here. If it is not your responsibility, then what is your role exactly?
Fans are not looking for administrative titles; they are looking for someone responsible who can make decisions and stand in front of the storm.
Al-Ittihad today is not a club living in a phase of luxury that allows for formal meetings. Al-Ittihad is experiencing a crisis of trust. The fans do not want flowery words; they want clarity, acknowledgment of mistakes, and a real roadmap. The meeting did not provide any of that. It did not clarify what is happening behind the scenes, did not explain the ambiguous decisions, and did not give the fans any sense of reassurance.
On the contrary… the Al-Ittihad audience left feeling that the distance between the management and the fans has grown larger. The same ambiguity, the same fogginess, and the same question marks that have been following the scene for months. The meeting was a golden opportunity to regain some trust, but it turned into new evidence that the crisis is deeper than what is being said.
The media is not a beautification platform. Real media confronts, asks, pressures, and seeks the truth. What we witnessed was a model of toothless dialogue, where the conversation remained trapped in a closed circle, with no beginning or end.
Al-Ittihad fans deserve more; they deserve management that speaks clearly, media that respects their intellect, and meetings built on transparency rather than television production. The club is bigger than individuals and bigger than niceties. Al-Ittihad is an entity created by its fans, and it will not accept being managed behind a curtain of vague phrases.
If there are no answers today… tomorrow will demand them with a louder voice.
