أعلنت NHC بدء التشغيل الفعلي لمحطة النقل الكهربائية في «وجهة خيالا» بمحافظة جدة، في خطوة تعكس التزامها بتطوير بنية تحتية متكاملة تعزز منظومة الطاقة وتسهم في توفير خدمات موثوقة وعالية الجودة للوجهة.
وتأتي المحطة بقدرة إجمالية تبلغ 67 ميغا فولت أمبير، وتضم محولين كهربائيين، إذ تستهدف إيصال الخدمة الكهربائية لأكثر من 3,600 وحدة سكنية بالإضافة إلى المرافق وكافة الخدمات في الوجهة، بما يضمن استقرار الإمدادات الكهربائية وكفاءة التشغيل.
وتسهم هذه الخطوة في تعزيز جاهزية المشاريع العقارية في وجهة خيالا ورفع كفاءة الخدمات المقدمة للسكان، ضمن مستهدفات NHC لتطوير وجهات عمرانية متكاملة توفر تجربة سكنية مستدامة. وكانت الشركة قد أعلنت أخيرا اكتمال تسكين أربع مناطق سكنية بالكامل ضمن الوجهة، تشمل مشاريع: «دار سمو، المهندية، سما جدة، وجاردن فيو»؛ في خطوة تعكس سرعة الإنجاز وثقة العملاء بما تقدمه من جودة في التصميم والتنفيذ.
وتعد وجهة خيالا إحدى أبرز الوجهات العمرانية التي تطورها الشركة في منطقة مكة المكرمة ضمن مستهدفاتها لرفع جودة الحياة وتوفير وجهات متكاملة، إذ تمتد على مساحة تتجاوز 1.5 مليون متر مربع، وتضم أكثر من 3,600 وحدة سكنية بتصاميم عصرية تلبي مختلف التطلعات. كما تتميز بموقع إستراتيجي يربطها بأهم معالم محافظة جدة وطرقها الرئيسية، إلى جانب تكامل المرافق الأساسية والخدمية، وانتشار الحدائق والمتنزهات التي تضفي على الوجهة طابعًا حيويًا متجددًا.
NHC announced the actual operation of the electric transport station in “Khayala Destination” in Jeddah, in a move that reflects its commitment to developing an integrated infrastructure that enhances the energy system and contributes to providing reliable and high-quality services for the destination.
The station has a total capacity of 67 megavolt-amperes and includes two electrical transformers, aiming to deliver electrical service to more than 3,600 residential units in addition to the facilities and all services in the destination, ensuring stability in electrical supplies and operational efficiency.
This step contributes to enhancing the readiness of real estate projects in Khayala Destination and improving the efficiency of services provided to residents, as part of NHC’s objectives to develop integrated urban destinations that offer a sustainable living experience. The company recently announced the completion of the full occupancy of four residential areas within the destination, including projects: “Dar Sumo, Al-Muhandia, Sama Jeddah, and Garden View”; in a move that reflects the speed of achievement and customer confidence in the quality of design and execution it offers.
Khayala Destination is one of the most prominent urban destinations being developed by the company in the Makkah region as part of its goals to enhance the quality of life and provide integrated destinations, as it spans an area of over 1.5 million square meters and includes more than 3,600 residential units with modern designs that meet various aspirations. It also features a strategic location that connects it to the most important landmarks of Jeddah and its main roads, along with the integration of essential and service facilities, and the spread of parks and recreational areas that give the destination a vibrant and renewed character.
