The regions, provinces, and centers of the Kingdom have witnessed rainfall ranging from light to moderate, accompanied by thunderstorms, which have caused valleys and streams to flow, and the ground has been soaked. The opportunity for more rain remains, may God make it a blessing and mercy, and may its benefits spread across the country.
The General Directorate of Civil Defense has urged everyone to take precautions, stay in safe places, avoid areas where floods and valleys gather, and refrain from swimming in them, while adhering to the instructions and warnings published through media outlets and social media, as forecasts continue for thunderstorms in most regions of the Kingdom until next (Wednesday). The National Center for Meteorology has predicted moderate to heavy rainfall in the Makkah region, which may lead to flooding, hail, and descending winds that stir up dust and sand.
It is also expected that moderate rainfall will occur in the regions of Jazan, Asir, and Al-Baha, accompanied by flooding, hail, and descending winds that stir up dust and sand, while the forecasts include light to moderate rain in the regions of Medina, Hail, Al-Jawf, and the Northern Borders.
