اجتمعت الدول السبع الأعضاء في تحالف «أوبك بلس»، التي سبق أن أعلنت تعديلات طوعية إضافية على الإنتاج في أبريل ونوفمبر 2023، وهي: «المملكة العربية السعودية، وروسيا، والعراق، والكويت، وكازاخستان، والجزائر، وسلطنة عُمان»، وذلك افتراضياً في 7 يونيو 2026، لمراجعة أوضاع سوق النفط العالمية وتوقعاتها.
وفي إطار التزامها الجماعي بدعم استقرار سوق النفط، قررت الدول السبع المشاركة تطبيق تعديل في الإنتاج قدره 188 ألف برميل يومياً ضمن التعديلات الطوعية الإضافية التي أُعلن عنها في أبريل 2023. وسيبدأ تطبيق هذا التعديل اعتباراً من يوليو 2026، كما يمكن إعادة التعديلات الطوعية الإضافية التي أُعلن عنها في أبريل 2023، جزئياً أو كلياً، بصورة تدريجية، تبعاً لتطورات السوق.
وستواصل الدول السبع المشاركة في تحالف «أوبك بلس» مراقبة أوضاع السوق وتقييمها عن كثب، وفي إطار جهودها المتواصلة لدعم استقرار السوق، أكدت مجدداً أهمية اتباع نهج حذر والاحتفاظ بالمرونة الكاملة لزيادة التعديلات الطوعية للإنتاج أو إيقافها أو إلغائها، بما في ذلك إلغاء التعديلات الطوعية التي نُفذت سابقاً وأُعلن عنها في نوفمبر 2023.
وأشارت الدول السبع أيضاً إلى أن هذا الإجراء سيتيح للدول المشاركة فرصة تسريع عملية التعويض، كما جددت التزامها الجماعي بتحقيق التوافق الكامل مع «إعلان التعاون»، بما في ذلك التعديلات الطوعية الإضافية للإنتاج التي تتابعها اللجنة الوزارية المشتركة للمراقبة.
وأكدت الدول السبع عزمها على التعويض الكامل عن أي فائض في الإنتاج منذ يناير 2024، مع تمديد فترة التعويض حتى نهاية ديسمبر 2026.
وستعقد الدول السبع المشاركة في تحالف «أوبك بلس» اجتماعات شهرية لمراجعة أوضاع السوق ومستويات التوافق وآليات التعويض، على أن يُعقد الاجتماع المقبل في 5 يوليو 2026.
The seven member countries of the “OPEC Plus” alliance, which previously announced additional voluntary production adjustments in April and November 2023, namely: “Saudi Arabia, Russia, Iraq, Kuwait, Kazakhstan, Algeria, and Oman,” met virtually on June 7, 2026, to review the global oil market conditions and forecasts.
As part of their collective commitment to support oil market stability, the seven participating countries decided to implement a production adjustment of 188,000 barrels per day as part of the additional voluntary adjustments announced in April 2023. This adjustment will take effect starting from July 2026, and the additional voluntary adjustments announced in April 2023 may be gradually reinstated, either partially or fully, depending on market developments.
The seven participating countries in the “OPEC Plus” alliance will continue to closely monitor and assess market conditions, and as part of their ongoing efforts to support market stability, they reaffirmed the importance of adopting a cautious approach and maintaining full flexibility to increase, halt, or cancel the voluntary production adjustments, including the cancellation of the voluntary adjustments previously implemented and announced in November 2023.
The seven countries also indicated that this measure will provide the participating countries with the opportunity to accelerate the compensation process, and they renewed their collective commitment to achieving full compliance with the “Declaration of Cooperation,” including the additional voluntary production adjustments monitored by the Joint Ministerial Monitoring Committee.
The seven countries confirmed their determination to fully compensate for any production surplus since January 2024, extending the compensation period until the end of December 2026.
The seven participating countries in the “OPEC Plus” alliance will hold monthly meetings to review market conditions, compliance levels, and compensation mechanisms, with the next meeting scheduled for July 5, 2026.
