علمت مصادر «عكاظ» أن إدارة النادي الأهلي توصلت إلى اتفاق مبدئي مع المدافع البرازيلي روجر إيبانيز لتمديد عقده حتى 2029، في خطوة تؤكد توجه «الراقي» للمحافظة على ركائزه الأساسية وتعزيز الاستقرار الفني قبل انطلاق الموسم الجديد.
وبرز إيبانيز بشكل لافت منذ انضمامه لقلعة الكؤوس، وساهم بفعالية في تتويج الفريق بثلاثة ألقاب، دوري أبطال آسيا للنخبة مرتين متتاليتين، إلى جانب كأس السوبر السعودي، ليصبح أحد أهم الأعمدة الدفاعية في مشروع النادي.
وفي السياق ذاته، كشفت المصادر أن عقد المدير الفني الألماني ماتياس يايسله، لا يتضمن شرطاً جزائياً تقليدياً، بل بند تعاقدي يحمي مصالح الأهلي بالكامل، وأوضحت أن أي نادٍ يرغب في التعاقد مع المدرب قبل 30 يونيو 2027 سيكون ملزماً بدفع كامل القيمة المتبقية من عقده التي تبلغ نحو 12 مليون يورو.
ويمنح العقد الأهلي أفضلية إضافية عبر بند اختياري يتيح تجديد التعاقد لموسم إضافي باتفاق الطرفين، ما يعزز من موقف الإدارة في ظل المحاولات الأخيرة للضغط على النادي.
وأكدت المصادر أن الإدارة متمسكة باستمرار يايسله، الذي قاد الفريق لتحقيق إنجازات تاريخية، مشيرة إلى أن الاستقرار الفني يمثل أحد أهم عناصر النجاح في المرحلة القادمة التي تشهد مشاركة الأهلي في عدة استحقاقات محلية وقارية.
Sources informed “Okaz” that the management of Al-Ahli Club has reached a preliminary agreement with Brazilian defender Roger Ibanez to extend his contract until 2029, in a move that confirms the “Raqi” approach to maintaining its core pillars and enhancing technical stability before the start of the new season.
Ibanez has stood out significantly since joining the Castle of Cups, contributing effectively to the team’s crowning with three titles, including the AFC Champions League twice in a row, along with the Saudi Super Cup, making him one of the most important defensive pillars in the club’s project.
In the same context, sources revealed that the contract of German head coach Matthias Jaissle does not include a traditional penalty clause, but rather a contractual provision that fully protects the interests of Al-Ahli. It clarified that any club wishing to sign the coach before June 30, 2027, will be obligated to pay the full remaining value of his contract, which amounts to about 12 million euros.
The contract gives Al-Ahli an additional advantage through an optional clause that allows for the renewal of the contract for an additional season by mutual agreement, which strengthens the management’s position in light of recent attempts to pressure the club.
Sources confirmed that the management is committed to retaining Jaissle, who led the team to achieve historic accomplishments, noting that technical stability represents one of the most important elements of success in the upcoming phase, which will see Al-Ahli participating in several local and continental competitions.
