واصلت القوات الخاصة للأمن البيئي جهودها في تطبيق الأنظمة وحماية الموارد الطبيعية، حيث ضبطت عدداً من المخالفين في ثلاث قضايا منفصلة؛ شملت استغلال الرواسب، والرعي في مواقع محظورة، ودخول المركبات إلى مناطق محمية، مع اتخاذ الإجراءات النظامية بحقهم.
وفي التفاصيل، تمكنت القوات من ضبط 10 مقيمين من الجنسيتين الباكستانية والإثيوبية لمخالفتهم نظام البيئة باستغلال الرواسب في منطقة الرياض، كما تم التحفظ على مُعدّة كانت تستخدم في تجريف ونقل التربة.
وفي قضية أخرى، ضبطت القوات مواطنًا لقيامه برعي 40 متنًا من الإبل داخل مواقع محظور الرعي فيها في محمية الملك عبدالعزيز الملكية، مؤكدةً أن عقوبة رعي الإبل في تلك المواقع تبلغ 500 ريال عن كل متن.
كما ضبطت القوات مواطنًا آخر لمخالفته نظام البيئة بدخول مركبته إلى الفياض والروضات في محمية الإمام عبدالعزيز بن محمد الملكية، مشيرة إلى أن عقوبة هذه المخالفة تصل إلى 2000 ريال.
وجددت القوات الخاصة للأمن البيئي دعوتها للإبلاغ عن أي اعتداءات على البيئة أو الحياة الفطرية عبر الرقم 911 في مناطق مكة المكرمة والمدينة المنورة والرياض والمنطقة الشرقية، والرقمين 999 و996 في بقية مناطق المملكة، مؤكدة أن جميع البلاغات تُعامل بسرية تامة دون أي مسؤولية على المبلّغ.
The Special Forces for Environmental Security continued their efforts to enforce regulations and protect natural resources, having apprehended a number of violators in three separate cases; these included the exploitation of deposits, grazing in prohibited areas, and the entry of vehicles into protected regions, with legal actions taken against them.
In detail, the forces managed to apprehend 10 residents of Pakistani and Ethiopian nationalities for violating environmental regulations by exploiting deposits in the Riyadh area, and they seized equipment that was being used for dredging and transporting soil.
In another case, the forces apprehended a citizen for grazing 40 camels in areas where grazing is prohibited in the King Abdulaziz Royal Reserve, confirming that the penalty for grazing camels in those areas amounts to 500 riyals per camel.
The forces also apprehended another citizen for violating environmental regulations by entering his vehicle into the meadows and gardens in the Imam Abdulaziz bin Muhammad Royal Reserve, noting that the penalty for this violation can reach up to 2000 riyals.
The Special Forces for Environmental Security renewed their call to report any violations against the environment or wildlife through the number 911 in the regions of Makkah, Madinah, Riyadh, and the Eastern Province, and the numbers 999 and 996 in the rest of the Kingdom, emphasizing that all reports are treated with complete confidentiality without any responsibility on the reporter.
