تبدأ وزارة التعليم، اعتباراً من اليوم (الأحد)، استقبال طلبات استثناء «التقاعد المبكر للدراسة» عبر نظام «فارس» لشاغلي الوظائف الإدارية، والتعليمية، وبند الأجور، والمستخدمين والمهندسين لمن أكمل 20 سنة خدمة، ويستمر التقديم حتى إغلاق النظام رسمياً 21 من مايو الجاري.
وبينت الوزارة، أن الخطة الزمنية لدراسة الطلبات تتمثل في مراجعة وتدقيق الطلبات خلال فترة التقديم، ورفع الطلبات في 2026/6/7، واعتماد طلب التقاعد المبكر في نظام «فارس» بعد صدور الموافقة، على أن يكون تاريخ التقاعد نهاية العام الدراسي الحالي 1447هـ. وأشارت إلى أن اعتماد طلب التقديم لا يترتب عليه قبول، إذ تتم دراسة الطلبات وفق الضوابط والمعايير المعتمدة، ويتم استقبال طلبات الاستثناء إلكترونياً عبر النظام.
من جهة ثانية، مدّدت وزارة التعليم فترة التسجيل الإلكتروني للطلبة المستجدين حتى 14 مايو 2026، وعزت الوزارة قرارها إلى «إتاحة الفرصة أمام المتقدمين لاستكمال إجراءات فحص اللياقة الطبية، ضمن متطلبات القبول المعتمدة»، وانطلاقاً من حرصها على تسهيل إجراءات القبول، وتمكين الطلبة من استيفاء الاشتراطات الصحية اللازمة، بما يضمن جاهزيتهم لبدء العام الدراسي وفق أعلى معايير السلامة.
ونصحت الوزارة آباء وأولياء أمور الطلبة المستجدين بالاستفادة من فترة التمديد، وعدم التأخر في إنهاء الإجراءات، بما يضمن انسيابية القبول واستكمال متطلبات الالتحاق في الوقت المحدد.
وأكدت أهمية المبادرة بحجز مواعيد فحص اللياقة الطبية عبر القنوات المعتمدة، والتأكد من استكمال جميع المتطلبات خلال الفترة المحددة، مشددةً على أن اجتياز الفحص الطبي يُعد شرطاً أساسياً لإتمام إجراءات القبول النهائي.
The Ministry of Education will start receiving applications for the exception of “early retirement for study” through the “Faris” system for holders of administrative, educational, wage-based positions, users, and engineers who have completed 20 years of service, beginning today (Sunday). The application period will continue until the system officially closes on May 21 of this year.
The ministry clarified that the timeline for reviewing applications involves checking and auditing the applications during the submission period, submitting the applications on June 7, 2026, and approving the early retirement request in the “Faris” system after receiving the approval, with the retirement date set for the end of the current academic year 1447 AH. It noted that the approval of the application does not guarantee acceptance, as applications are studied according to the established regulations and criteria, and exception requests are received electronically through the system.
On another note, the Ministry of Education has extended the electronic registration period for new students until May 14, 2026. The ministry attributed its decision to “providing an opportunity for applicants to complete the medical fitness examination procedures, as part of the approved admission requirements,” emphasizing its commitment to facilitating the admission process and enabling students to meet the necessary health requirements, ensuring their readiness to start the academic year with the highest safety standards.
The ministry advised parents and guardians of new students to take advantage of the extension period and not to delay in completing the procedures, ensuring a smooth admission process and fulfilling enrollment requirements on time.
It emphasized the importance of proactively booking medical fitness examination appointments through the approved channels and ensuring that all requirements are completed within the specified period, stressing that passing the medical examination is a fundamental condition for completing the final admission procedures.
