Two Egyptian lawyers submitted a complaint to the Attorney General on behalf of the head coach of the Egyptian national team, Hossam Hassan, against his ex-wife Dina Mustafa El-Morshedy, known as (Dan Adam), requesting an investigation into allegations of forgery in a customary document and the simultaneous marriage to two spouses.
According to the complaint, Hossam Hassan entered into a customary marriage contract with the accused on August 20, 2015, after she confirmed that she had no legal impediments to marriage. However, the complaint indicated the discovery of documents that, according to the complainants, show that she was still linked to another husband during that period.
The complainants added that the attached documents indicate that the divorce from the previous husband took place in February 2017; that is, after a period from the date of the aforementioned customary marriage contract, considering that this matter necessitates an investigation into the validity of the information contained in the contract.
The complaint noted the attachment of several documents, including copies of identity cards, the customary marriage contract, and documents related to the divorce incident, with a willingness to present the originals before the investigative authorities upon request.
The complainants requested the necessary legal actions to be taken, the examination of the documents, and the hearing of the statements of the concerned parties, to ascertain the truth of the events and what the investigations may reveal.
