أعربت وزارة الخارجية عن إدانة المملكة العربية السعودية واستنكارها بأشد العبارات الاعتداء المسلح الغادر في المنطقة الجنوبية في جمهورية مصر العربية الشقيقة الذي أدى إلى وفاة ضابطين من حرس الحدود في المنطقة.
وقالت الوزارة في بيان «تعبر المملكة عن خالص تعازيها ومواساتها لذوي الضحايا ولحكومة وشعب مصر، مؤكدةً تضامنها الكامل مع مصر في التصدي لأي محاولة للنيل من أمنها، متمنيةً دوام الاستقرار لمصر وشعبها الشقيق».
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s condemnation and denunciation in the strongest terms of the treacherous armed attack in the southern region of the sisterly Arab Republic of Egypt, which resulted in the death of two border guard officers in the area.
The ministry stated in a statement, “The Kingdom expresses its sincere condolences and sympathy to the families of the victims and to the government and people of Egypt, affirming its full solidarity with Egypt in confronting any attempt to undermine its security, wishing for continued stability for Egypt and its brotherly people.”
