أعلنت منظمة الصحة العالمية عن إضافة لقاحين جديدين إلى التجارب السريرية الجارية في جمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية لمواجهة تفشّي إيبولا الناجم عن فايروس بونديبوجيو.
وأوضحت المنظمة أن اللقاحين طوّرتهما جامعة أوكسفورد بالتعاون مع معهد الأمصال الهندي وشركة موديرنا، وأنهما سيكونان أول لقاحين مصممين خصيصاً لمواجهة هذا الفايروس.
The World Health Organization has announced the addition of two new vaccines to the ongoing clinical trials in the Democratic Republic of the Congo to combat the Ebola outbreak caused by the Bundibugyo virus.
The organization explained that the vaccines were developed by the University of Oxford in collaboration with the Serum Institute of India and Moderna, and that they will be the first vaccines specifically designed to combat this virus.
