مع إشراقة العام الهجري الجديد 1448هـ، اكتست الكعبة المشرفة ثوبها الجديد في مشهد يجسد عناية المملكة العربية السعودية بالحرمين الشريفين، ويعكس تميز الكفاءات الوطنية في صناعة أحد أبرز الرموز الإسلامية.
وشارك في صناعة كسوة الكعبة 150 صانعاً وحرفياً سعودياً، عملوا على مدى 11 شهراً لإنتاج 47 قطعة من الحرير الأسود الفاخر، المطرزة بـ30 آية قرآنية بخيوط فضية مطلية بالذهب عيار 24، فيما بلغ الوزن الإجمالي للكسوة 1,410 كيلوغرامات.
ومرت صناعة الكسوة بسبع مراحل متقنة، شملت غسل الحرير والنسيج والطباعة والتطريز والتجميع والفحص، قبل نقلها عبر مقطورة مخصصة إلى المسجد الحرام، في منظومة تجمع بين أصالة الحرفة الإسلامية وأحدث التقنيات.
ويعكس هذا الإنجاز اهتمام المملكة المستمر بخدمة الحرمين الشريفين، وإبراز كفاءة الكوادر الوطنية التي تحافظ على هذا الإرث الإسلامي وتقدمه بأعلى معايير الجودة والإتقان، ليبقى رمزاً يجسد مكانة الكعبة المشرفة في قلوب المسلمين حول العالم.
With the dawn of the new Hijri year 1448 AH, the Holy Kaaba has donned its new garment in a scene that embodies the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s care for the Two Holy Mosques and reflects the excellence of national competencies in crafting one of the most prominent Islamic symbols.
In the making of the Kaaba’s cover, 150 Saudi artisans and craftsmen participated, working for 11 months to produce 47 pieces of luxurious black silk, embroidered with 30 verses from the Quran using silver threads coated with 24-carat gold, while the total weight of the cover reached 1,410 kilograms.
The production of the cover went through seven meticulous stages, including washing the silk, weaving, printing, embroidery, assembly, and inspection, before being transported via a dedicated trailer to the Grand Mosque, in a system that combines the authenticity of Islamic craftsmanship with the latest technologies.
This achievement reflects the Kingdom’s ongoing commitment to serving the Two Holy Mosques and showcasing the efficiency of national personnel who preserve this Islamic heritage and present it with the highest standards of quality and precision, ensuring it remains a symbol that embodies the status of the Holy Kaaba in the hearts of Muslims around the world.
