لا يزال الغموض يلف الموقف الإيراني بشأن التوقيع على الاتفاق المرتقب مع الولايات المتحدة، اليوم الأحد، ونقلت وكالة أنباء «فارس» الإيرانية عن مصدر مطلع قريب من فريق التفاوض، قوله: إن القرار النهائي لطهران بشأن مذكرة التفاهم مع واشنطن، لا يزال قيد الدراسة.
وأفاد المصدر بأن «إيران لم تعلن بعد قرارها النهائي بشأن مذكرة التفاهم المقترحة. لا تزال دراسة الأبعاد السياسية والقانونية والفنية للمقترحات المطروحة مستمرة».
ونقلت الوكالة عن مصادر مطلعة قولها: إن «دراسة مختلف أبعاد المقترحات ما تزال مستمرة على المستويين الفني وصنع القرار، وأن الجهات المعنية تقوم بتقييم دقيق للجوانب السياسية والقانونية والفنية للموضوع».
وأعلنت وكالة أنباء «إيسنا» الإيرانية الرسمية وصول وفد قطري إلى طهران «في إطار الجهود الرامية إلى دفع المفاوضات بين طهران وواشنطن قدماً، واستكمالاً للمباحثات التي جرت الأسبوع الماضي». وكان وفد قطري غادر طهران قبل أيام بعد محادثات مطولة استمرت ساعات عدة.
وتوقع قادة الولايات المتحدة وباكستان توقيع اتفاق إطاري الأحد، لإنهاء الحرب التي اندلعت قبل أكثر من 3 أشهر.
من جانبه، قال مسؤول كبير في الإدارة الأمريكية إن ملامح اتفاق بين الولايات المتحدة وإيران باتت تتشكل، وتتضمن إعادة فتح مضيق هرمز من دون فرض رسوم على حركة السفن، مقابل رفع الحصار الأمريكي عن الموانئ الإيرانية.
ونقلت شبكة «فوكس نيوز» عن المسؤول قوله، خلال إحاطة للصحفيين، إن الولايات المتحدة تعتقد أنها باتت قريبة من التوصل إلى اتفاق مع طهران، مضيفاً: «نعتقد أن لدينا اتفاقاً. إنه اتفاق جيد جداً واتفاق قوي للغاية».
وأكد أن رفع الحصار على الموانئ الإيرانية سيجري بالتزامن مع إعادة فتح مضيق هرمز، لافتاً إلى أن «المرحلة التالية ستركز على عمليات إزالة الألغام في الممر المائي».
وتتزامن تلك التصريحات مع تأكيدات الرئيس دونالد ترمب ومسؤولون في إدارته الإعراب بقرب التوصل إلى اتفاق، فيما قدّم مسؤولون إيرانيون روايات مختلفة بشأن وضع المفاوضات وبنودها.

The source reported that “Iran has not yet announced its final decision regarding the proposed memorandum of understanding. The study of the political, legal, and technical dimensions of the proposed suggestions is still ongoing.”
The agency quoted informed sources as saying that “the study of various dimensions of the proposals is still ongoing at both the technical and decision-making levels, and that the concerned parties are conducting a thorough assessment of the political, legal, and technical aspects of the matter.”
The official Iranian news agency “ISNA” announced the arrival of a Qatari delegation in Tehran “as part of efforts to advance negotiations between Tehran and Washington, and to continue discussions that took place last week.” A Qatari delegation had left Tehran a few days ago after lengthy talks that lasted several hours.
Leaders from the United States and Pakistan are expected to sign a framework agreement on Sunday to end the war that erupted more than three months ago.
For his part, a senior U.S. administration official stated that the outlines of an agreement between the United States and Iran are taking shape, which includes reopening the Strait of Hormuz without imposing fees on shipping traffic, in exchange for lifting the U.S. blockade on Iranian ports.
The “Fox News” network quoted the official as saying during a briefing for reporters that the United States believes it is close to reaching an agreement with Tehran, adding: “We believe we have an agreement. It is a very good agreement and a very strong agreement.”
He confirmed that the lifting of the blockade on Iranian ports will occur simultaneously with the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz, noting that “the next phase will focus on mine removal operations in the waterway.”
These statements coincide with assurances from President Donald Trump and officials in his administration expressing that an agreement is near, while Iranian officials have provided differing accounts regarding the status of the negotiations and their terms.
