نصحت وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية من تأخرت أجورهم ورواتبهم بخطوات عدة، بشرط اكتساب العقد الموقع مع جهة العمل الصفة التنفيذية، أولى الخطوات التأكد من الصفة التنفيذية إذا كان العقد موثقاً أو محدثاً بعد أكتوبر 2025م، إذ يعد ذلك سنداً تنفيذياً
الخطوة التالية التوجه إلى منصة «قوى» للتحقق من اكتساب عقد العمل الموثق الخاص بالعامل أو الموظف صفة السند التنفيذي، وإذا مضت 30 يوماً على تاريخ استحقاق الأجر دون سداده كاملاً من قبل المنشأة فيمكن للعامل أو الموظف التقدم مباشرة بطلب تنفيذه عبر منصة «ناجز» ولا يتطلب ذلك رفع دعوى عمالية أو المرور بمسار التسوية الودية للحالات المشمولة بالمبادرة.
The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development has advised those whose wages and salaries are delayed to take several steps, provided that the contract signed with the employer has executive status. The first step is to ensure the executive status if the contract is documented or updated after October 2025, as this is considered an executive document.
The next step is to go to the “Qiwa” platform to verify whether the documented employment contract of the worker or employee has executive status. If 30 days have passed since the wage was due without full payment by the establishment, the worker or employee can directly submit a request for execution through the “Najiz” platform, and this does not require filing a labor lawsuit or going through the amicable settlement process for cases covered by the initiative.
