يدرس مدير المنتخب السعودي السابق حسين الصادق عروضاً مقدمة من أندية روشن؛ بهدف الاستفادة من خبرته الإدارية الطويلة، وذلك بحسب مصادر خاصة لـ«عكاظ»، أكدت أن الصادق تلقى عروضاً جادة من ناديين بعد فترة استرخاء طويلة أعقبت خروجه من المنصب الإداري الأهم في مشواره والمتمثل في مدير المنتخب السعودي الأول لمدة تزيد على 7 سنوات. ومن المتوقع أن يحدد الصادق وجهته القادمة بعد الدراسة الكافية للعروض ومدى توافقها مع طموحاته وأهدافه المستقبلية.
يذكر أن الصادق سبق له العمل الإداري في نادي الاتحاد كمسؤول احتراف وإداري للفريق الأول، وانتقل للعمل مديراً للفريق الأول لكرة القدم بنادي الخليج ومشرفاً إدارياً، وحقق نجاحات لافتة في تنظيم الفريق والاستقرار الفني والإداري، قبل أن يشغل منصب مدير المنتخب السعودي الأول في عام 2018، وكُلّف أيضاً ممثلاً للهيئة العامة للرياضة في تأسيس أكاديمية «أوليفر كان».

It is worth mentioning that Al-Sadiq previously worked in an administrative capacity at Al-Ittihad Club as a professional affairs manager and administrator for the first team. He then moved on to serve as the manager of the first football team at Al-Khaleej Club and as an administrative supervisor, achieving notable successes in organizing the team and ensuring technical and administrative stability, before taking on the role of manager of the Saudi national team in 2018. He was also tasked with representing the General Sports Authority in establishing the “Oliver Kahn” Academy.
