علق مدرب ليفربول آرني سلوت على رسالة نجم الفريق محمد صلاح، التي انتقد فيها أسلوب لعب «الريدز» تحت قيادة المدير الفني الهولندي.
رسالة نارية بعد الهزيمة الأخيرة
وكان صلاح قد نشر رسالة عقب الخسارة الماضية أمام أستون فيلا في الدوري الإنجليزي، قال فيها إن تكرار الهزائم هذا الموسم أمر مؤلم للغاية وغير مقبول لجماهير النادي، مطالباً بضرورة عودة الفريق إلى هويته الهجومية القوية التي تُرهب الخصوم وتحصد الألقاب، مؤكداً أنه سيبذل قصارى جهده لمساعدة الفريق على التأهل إلى دوري أبطال أوروبا في مباراته الأخيرة أمام برينتفورد.

وتعرض صلاح لانتقادات حادة من بعض أساطير الكرة الإنجليزية، حيث طالب بعضهم المدرب آرني سلوت بضرورة استبعاد النجم المصري من مباراته الأخيرة بقميص «الريدز».
سلوت يرد: لدينا الهدف نفسه
وقال سلوت خلال المؤتمر الصحفي الذي يسبق مباراة برينتفورد المقررة يوم الأحد المقبل: «صلاح وأنا لدينا الهدف نفسه، نريد الأفضل لهذا النادي، ونريده أن يحقق أكبر قدر ممكن من النجاح، كنا معاً جزءاً من منح جماهيرنا أول لقب لهم منذ خمس سنوات، لكننا ندرك أيضاً أننا لم نقدم المستوى نفسه هذا الموسم».
وأضاف: «ما نريده أنا والنادي هو تحقيق نفس النجاح الذي حققناه الموسم الماضي، وهذا هو محور تركيزي الرئيسي الآن، لأن مباراة الأحد قد تمنحنا أساساً جيداً للغاية للموسم المقبل».

وحول موقف صلاح من المشاركة في المباراة الأخيرة، أجاب: «لا أتحدث أبداً عن اختيار التشكيلة، لذلك سيكون من المفاجئ لكم إذا فعلت ذلك الآن».
يُذكر أن محمد صلاح أعلن في وقت سابق رحيله عن ليفربول بنهاية الموسم الحالي 2025-2026، بعد تسع سنوات قضاها مع الفريق، حقق خلالها العديد من الإنجازات الجماعية والفردية.

Salah faced sharp criticism from some English football legends, with some urging coach Arne Slot to exclude the Egyptian star from his last match in the “Reds'” jersey.
Slot responds: We have the same goal
Slot said during the press conference ahead of the Brentford match scheduled for next Sunday: “Salah and I have the same goal; we want the best for this club, and we want it to achieve as much success as possible. We were together part of giving our fans their first title in five years, but we also recognize that we have not performed at the same level this season.”
He added: “What I and the club want is to achieve the same success we had last season, and that is my main focus right now, because Sunday’s match could give us a very good foundation for next season.”
Salah’s stance on the last match
Regarding Salah’s participation in the last match, he replied: “I never talk about team selection, so it would be surprising for you if I did that now.”
It is worth noting that Mohamed Salah had previously announced his departure from Liverpool at the end of the current 2025-2026 season, after spending nine years with the team, during which he achieved numerous collective and individual accomplishments.
