عاد المنتخب التركي إلى كأس العالم 2026، مسجلًا مشاركته الثالثة في تاريخه، بعد ظهوره السابق في نسختي 1954 و2002، لينهي غيابًا امتد 24 عامًا عن البطولة العالمية.
ويُعد أفضل إنجاز للمنتخب التركي في المونديال تحقيق المركز الثالث في نسخة 2002 التي أقيمت في كوريا الجنوبية واليابان، في واحدة من أبرز مشاركات المنتخب على الصعيد الدولي.
وأعلن المدير الفني الإيطالي فينتشينزو مونتيلا القائمة الرسمية للمنتخب التركي المشاركة في كأس العالم، التي ضمت 26 لاعبًا موزعين على مختلف المراكز.
وضمت قائمة حراسة المرمى كلًا من: ألتاي بايندير، ميرت غونوك، وأوغورجان شاكير.
وفي خط الدفاع، اختار الجهاز الفني اللاعبين: عبد الكريم بارداكتشي، أحمد جان كابلان، كاغلار سويونجو، فريدي كاديوغلو، ميريح ديميرال، ميرت مولدور، ساميت أكايدين، وزكي تشيليك.
وشملت قائمة خط الوسط: أردا غولر، هاكان تشالهان أوغلو، إسماعيل يوكسيك، كان أيهان، أوركون كوكوتشو، وصالح أوزجان.
وفي خط الهجوم، ضمت القائمة: باريش ألبير يلماز، دينيز غول، إيرفان كان قهوجي، أوغوز أيدين، كينان يلدز، كرم أكتوركوغلو، يونس أكغون، جان أوزون، ويوسف ساري.

Italian coach Vincenzo Montella announced the official list of the Turkish national team participating in the World Cup, which includes 26 players distributed across various positions.
The goalkeeping list includes: Altay Bayındır, Mert Günok, and Uğurcan Çakır.
In defense, the coaching staff selected players: Abdülkadir Ömür, Ahmet Can Kaplan, Çağlar Söyüncü, Ferdi Kadıoğlu, Merih Demiral, Mert Müldür, Samet Akaydın, and Zeki Çelik.
The midfield list includes: Arda Güler, Hakan Çalhanoğlu, İsmail Yüksek, Can Ayhan, Orkun Kökçü, and Salih Özcan.
In the forward line, the list includes: Barış Alper Yılmaz, Deniz Türüç, İrfan Can Kahveci, Oğuz Aydın, Kenan Yıldız, Kerem Aktürkoğlu, Yunus Akgün, Can Ozan, and Yusuf Sarı.
