في خطوة استراتيجية تعزز طموحات المملكة للتحول إلى مركز عالمي للذكاء الاصطناعي والتقنيات المتقدمة، أكمل صندوق الاستثمارات العامة PIF و«أرامكو السعودية» صفقة استحواذ إحدى الشركات التابعة والمملوكة بالكامل لـ«أرامكو» على حصة تبلغ 49% من شركة «هيوماين» المتخصصة في الذكاء الاصطناعي، مقابل احتفاظ الصندوق بحصة الأغلبية البالغة 51%، في شراكة تستهدف تسريع نمو الشركة وتوسيع حضورها في الأسواق الإقليمية والعالمية.
وبموجب الصفقة، ستضخ «أرامكو» مساهمات نقدية تقارب 9.9 مليار ريال (2.6 مليار دولار) خلال عام 2026، إلى جانب نقل أصول رئيسية في مجالات الذكاء الاصطناعي والحوسبة والتقنيات الرقمية إلى «هيوماين»، بما يعزز قدراتها التنافسية ويدعم خططها للتحول إلى لاعب عالمي في صناعة الذكاء الاصطناعي.
3 غيغاواط بحلول 2030
تستهدف الشراكة بناء منظومة متكاملة للذكاء الاصطناعي، تبدأ من مراكز البيانات والبنية التحتية للحوسبة فائقة الأداء، وتمتد إلى تطوير النماذج المتقدمة والتطبيقات والحلول التقنية المتخصصة.
وتعتزم «هيوماين» التوسع في إنشاء مراكز بيانات للذكاء الاصطناعي، وصولاً إلى سعة إجمالية تبلغ 3 غيغاواط بحلول عام 2030، استجابة للطلب المتزايد على قدرات الحوسبة في الأسواق الإقليمية والعالمية.
ومن المتوقع أن يتولى صندوق الاستثمارات العامة و«أرامكو»، بصفتهما المساهمين في الشركة، الإشراف على خطط التوسع وتطوير فرص استثمارية جديدة، بما يعزز القيمة الاقتصادية للذكاء الاصطناعي ويدعم مكانة المملكة في الاقتصاد الرقمي العالمي.

تنسجم الصفقة مع استراتيجية صندوق الاستثمارات العامة للفترة 2026 – 2030، التي تستهدف تعزيز التكامل بين المنظومات الاقتصادية، وتسريع نمو الشركات الوطنية، وتوسيع مشاركة القطاع الخاص، ورفع القدرة التنافسية للمملكة في القطاعات المستقبلية.
كما تمثل الشراكة خطوة نحو توحيد أصول الذكاء الاصطناعي والتقنيات الرقمية التابعة للصندوق و«أرامكو» تحت مظلة «هيوماين»، بما يسهم في تطوير القدرات الوطنية، واستقطاب المواهب والاستثمارات، وتعزيز الابتكار والملكية الفكرية.
الحميّد: تسريع تحول «هيوماين» إلى شركة عالمية
أكد نائب المحافظ ورئيس الإدارة العامة للاستثمارات في الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا بصندوق الاستثمارات العامة، يزيد بن عبدالرحمن الحميّد، أن توحيد أصول الذكاء الاصطناعي التابعة للصندوق و«أرامكو» ضمن «هيوماين» يحقق تكاملاً استراتيجياً يعزز نمو الكفاءات الوطنية والابتكار والملكية الفكرية.
وأوضح أن الصفقة ستسهم في تسريع تحول «هيوماين» إلى شركة رائدة عالمياً في الذكاء الاصطناعي، وتعزيز دور التقنيات المتقدمة في تمكين المنظومات الاقتصادية الست التابعة للصندوق، إلى جانب توسيع فرص الشراكة مع القطاع الخاص وتطوير الصناعات التقنية في المملكة.
الناصر: 42.4 مليار ريال قيمة محققة من التقنية
من جانبه، كشف رئيس «أرامكو السعودية» وكبير إدارييها التنفيذيين، أمين الناصر، أن القيمة المحققة من استخدام التقنية في الشركة بلغت 42.4 مليار ريال منذ عام 2023، مشيراً إلى أن جزءاً كبيراً منها تحقق بفضل الحلول التقنية المتقدمة، وفي مقدمتها تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي.
وأكد الناصر أن الشراكة مع صندوق الاستثمارات العامة تمثل خطوة مهمة لتعزيز مكانة «أرامكو» في قطاعي التقنية والذكاء الاصطناعي، وتدعم توطين هذه الصناعة وتسريع تبني أنظمتها بصورة أكثر تكاملاً وقابلية للتوسع.
وأشار إلى أن «أرامكو» حققت تقدماً في توظيف التقنيات الرقمية والذكاء الاصطناعي لتحسين الأداء والكفاءة التشغيلية في قطاعي النفط والغاز، مؤكداً أن هذه التقنيات ستؤدي دوراً حاسماً في مستقبل الأعمال.
تطبيقات صناعية وفرص لنمو الإيرادات
تتيح الشراكة لـ«أرامكو» وشركاتها التابعة الاستفادة من البنية التحتية والحلول والخدمات التي تطورها «هيوماين»، وتحويل قدرات الذكاء الاصطناعي إلى تطبيقات صناعية تدعم عمليات الشركة وأنشطتها العالمية.
ومن المتوقع أن تسهم الصفقة في إيجاد فرص جديدة لنمو الإيرادات وتحسين هوامش الأرباح، إلى جانب تعزيز استثمارات «أرامكو» في الأصول الرقمية، وتحقيق تكامل أكبر بين التقنيات المتقدمة وأنشطتها الأساسية في قطاع الطاقة.
«علّام».. نموذج سعودي ينافس عالمياً
وتعود انطلاقة «هيوماين» إلى مايو 2025، إذ تأسست لتطوير منظومة متكاملة للذكاء الاصطناعي تشمل مراكز البيانات من الجيل القادم، والبنية التحتية للحوسبة فائقة الأداء، والحوسبة السحابية، والنماذج المتقدمة، والحلول والتطبيقات المبتكرة.
وتضم محفظة الشركة نموذج «علّام»، الذي وصفه البيان بأنه أحد أقوى النماذج اللغوية الكبيرة متعددة الوسائط للغة العربية عالمياً.
وتراهن «هيوماين» على التوسع في قدرات الحوسبة ومراكز البيانات لتلبية الطلب العالمي المتنامي، وتعزيز قدرتها على تصدير حلول الذكاء الاصطناعي إلى الأسواق الدولية، بما يدعم طموح المملكة لبناء صناعة تقنية وطنية قادرة على المنافسة عالمياً.
In a strategic move that enhances the Kingdom’s ambitions to become a global center for artificial intelligence and advanced technologies, the Public Investment Fund (PIF) and Saudi Aramco have completed a deal for a subsidiary fully owned by Aramco to acquire a 49% stake in the AI-focused company “Humain,” while the fund retains a majority stake of 51%. This partnership aims to accelerate the company’s growth and expand its presence in regional and global markets.
Under the deal, Aramco will inject cash contributions of approximately 9.9 billion riyals (2.6 billion dollars) by 2026, along with transferring key assets in the fields of artificial intelligence, computing, and digital technologies to Humain, enhancing its competitive capabilities and supporting its plans to become a global player in the AI industry.
3 Gigawatts by 2030
The partnership aims to build an integrated AI ecosystem, starting from data centers and high-performance computing infrastructure, extending to the development of advanced models, applications, and specialized technical solutions.
Humain intends to expand the establishment of AI data centers, reaching a total capacity of 3 gigawatts by 2030, in response to the growing demand for computing capabilities in regional and global markets.
The Public Investment Fund and Aramco, as shareholders in the company, are expected to oversee expansion plans and develop new investment opportunities, enhancing the economic value of artificial intelligence and supporting the Kingdom’s position in the global digital economy.
Asset Consolidation.. and Enhancing Competitiveness
The deal aligns with the Public Investment Fund’s strategy for the period 2026 – 2030, which aims to enhance integration between economic systems, accelerate the growth of national companies, expand private sector participation, and increase the Kingdom’s competitiveness in future sectors.
The partnership also represents a step towards consolidating the AI and digital technology assets of the fund and Aramco under the umbrella of Humain, contributing to the development of national capabilities, attracting talent and investments, and enhancing innovation and intellectual property.
Al-Humaid: Accelerating Humain’s Transformation into a Global Company
The Deputy Governor and Head of the General Investment Administration for the Middle East and North Africa at the Public Investment Fund, Yazeed bin Abdulrahman Al-Humaid, confirmed that consolidating the AI assets of the fund and Aramco within Humain achieves a strategic integration that enhances the growth of national competencies, innovation, and intellectual property.
He explained that the deal will contribute to accelerating Humain’s transformation into a globally leading AI company and enhancing the role of advanced technologies in empowering the six economic systems under the fund, in addition to expanding partnership opportunities with the private sector and developing the technology industries in the Kingdom.
Al-Nasser: 42.4 Billion Riyals in Value Realized from Technology
For his part, the President of Saudi Aramco and its CEO, Amin Nasser, revealed that the value realized from the use of technology in the company has reached 42.4 billion riyals since 2023, noting that a significant portion of this was achieved thanks to advanced technological solutions, foremost among them AI applications.
Nasser affirmed that the partnership with the Public Investment Fund represents an important step to enhance Aramco’s position in the technology and AI sectors, supporting the localization of this industry and accelerating the adoption of its systems in a more integrated and scalable manner.
He pointed out that Aramco has made progress in employing digital technologies and AI to improve performance and operational efficiency in the oil and gas sectors, emphasizing that these technologies will play a crucial role in the future of business.
Industrial Applications and Revenue Growth Opportunities
The partnership allows Aramco and its subsidiaries to benefit from the infrastructure, solutions, and services developed by Humain, transforming AI capabilities into industrial applications that support the company’s operations and global activities.

“Allam”.. A Saudi Model Competing Globally
Humain was launched in May 2025, established to develop an integrated AI ecosystem that includes next-generation data centers, high-performance computing infrastructure, cloud computing, advanced models, and innovative solutions and applications.
The company’s portfolio includes the “Allam” model, which the statement described as one of the strongest large multimodal language models for the Arabic language globally.
Humain is betting on expanding computing capabilities and data centers to meet the growing global demand, enhancing its ability to export AI solutions to international markets, supporting the Kingdom’s ambition to build a national technology industry capable of competing globally.
