أعلنت السُلطات الصحية في بنما، تسجيل (25) حالة وفاة مرتبطة بحمى الضنك في بنما منذ بداية السنة الحالية.
وأكدت وزارة الصحة البنمية أنه تم إحصاء (15) ألفًا و(98) حالة إصابة بحمى الضنك إلى غاية نهاية نوفمبر الماضي، مضيفةً أن (1474) من الأشخاص المصابين خضعوا للعلاج داخل المستشفى.
وتُعد العاصمة وسان ميغيلتو الأكثر تضررًا، حيث سجلت المدينتان (7242) إصابة.
وبلغ معدل الإصابة، حسب البيانات الرسمية، (330) حالة لكل (100) ألف شخص، وتشكل الفئة العمرية ما بين (10) و(49) سنة الأكثر تضررًا من المرض.
The health authorities in Panama announced the registration of (25) deaths related to dengue fever in Panama since the beginning of the current year.
The Panamanian Ministry of Health confirmed that (15,098) cases of dengue fever had been recorded by the end of last November, adding that (1,474) of the infected individuals were hospitalized for treatment.
The capital and San Miguelito are the most affected areas, with the two cities recording (7,242) cases.
The incidence rate, according to official data, is (330) cases per (100,000) people, with the age group between (10) and (49) years being the most affected by the disease.
