أجرى الفنان المصري محمد مرزبان، عملية جراحية استمرت 6 ساعات بمستشفى أبو خليفة بمدينة الإسماعيلي، جراء تعرضه لحادثة مرورية مروعة منذ يومين.
فريق طبي متخصّص
وأكد مصدر طبي من داخل المستشفى في تصريحات اعلامية، الاستعانة بفريق طبي متخصص في الجراحة وعلاج الحالات الحرجة، وذلك بسبب خطورة الحالة التي يعاني منها مرزبان، مشيراً الى أن الفريق الطبي المعالج حاول إيقاف نزيف المخ الذي كان يعاني منه الفنان الشهير، لكنه لم يتمكن من السيطرة عليه بشكل كامل، وتم إيقاف النزيف بشكل جزئي، ليخضع بعدها إلى بروتوكول علاجي مكثف للسيطرة على نسبة النزيف المتبقية.
تجمّعات دمويّة وكسور متفرّقة
وأضاف المصدر: يرقد مرزبان حالياً بغرفة العناية المركزة، ويتابع حالته فريق طبي يتكون من استشاري العناية المركزة وأطباء القلب والصدر والمخ والأعصاب، خصوصاً أن الساعات القادمة هي التي ستحدد الموقف من حالته.
وكان رئيس هيئة الرعاية الصحية بمحافظة الإسماعيلية الدكتور محمد جبريل كشف، مساء أمس الأحد خلال مداخلة تلفزيونية، إن الفنان محمد مرزبان تم نقله إلى مستشفى أبو خليفة في الإسماعيلية بعد حادثة سير مروعة، مؤكداً أنه يعاني من تدهور في درجة الوعي، ونزيف بالمخ وكسر في قاع الجمجمة، مشيراً إلى أن مرزبان يعاني أيضاً من تجمعات دموية بالرئتين وكسور بعدد من الضلوع، مع كسور متفرقة في أنحاء الجسد، ونزيف بالبطن، مضيفاً أنه على جهاز التنفس الاصطناعي.
حادثة مروّعة
وتعرض مرزبان لحادثة مرورية مروعة على طريق «مصر- الإسماعيلية» شرق القاهرة، مساء أمس الأول السبت، إذ اصطدمت به سيارة مسرعة أدت إلى تحطم دراجته النارية وإصابته بجروح خطرة، قبل أن تهرع سيارات الإسعاف لنقله إلى العناية المركزة بمستشفى أبو خليفة للطوارئ في حالة صحية حرجة للغاية وغير مستقرة.
ومن جهتها طالبت زوجة مرزبان بنقله إلى العاصمة القاهرة لاستكمال علاجه، وتواصلت مع نقيب المهن التمثيلية أشرف زكي، الذي سارع بالتنسيق لتقديم الدعم، إلّا أن الفريق الطبي المعالج أوصى بضرورة الإبقاء عليه في مستشفى الإسماعيلية، مؤكداً أن أي حركة في الوقت الراهن تمثّل خطورة داهمة على حياته قبل استقرار مؤشراته الحيوية.
The Egyptian artist Mohamed Marzban underwent a 6-hour surgery at Abu Khalifa Hospital in Ismailia, following a horrific traffic accident he experienced two days ago.
Specialized Medical Team
A medical source from inside the hospital confirmed in media statements that a specialized surgical team was called in to treat critical cases due to the severity of Marzban’s condition. He indicated that the medical team attempted to stop the brain hemorrhage that the famous artist was suffering from, but they were unable to fully control it. The bleeding was partially stopped, and he then underwent an intensive treatment protocol to manage the remaining bleeding.
Blood Accumulations and Multiple Fractures
The source added: Marzban is currently in the intensive care unit, being monitored by a medical team consisting of an intensive care consultant and doctors specializing in cardiology, pulmonology, neurology, and neurosurgery, especially since the coming hours will determine the status of his condition.
The head of the Health Care Authority in Ismailia, Dr. Mohamed Gaber, revealed last night during a television interview that artist Mohamed Marzban was transferred to Abu Khalifa Hospital in Ismailia after a horrific traffic accident. He confirmed that Marzban is suffering from a deterioration in his level of consciousness, a brain hemorrhage, and a fracture at the base of the skull, noting that Marzban is also suffering from blood accumulations in the lungs and fractures in several ribs, along with scattered fractures throughout his body and abdominal bleeding, adding that he is on a ventilator.
Horrific Accident
Marzban was involved in a horrific traffic accident on the “Cairo-Ismailia” road east of Cairo, on the evening of the day before yesterday, Saturday, when he was struck by a speeding car, which led to the destruction of his motorcycle and resulted in serious injuries. Ambulances rushed to transport him to the intensive care unit at Abu Khalifa Emergency Hospital in a critical and unstable health condition.
For her part, Marzban’s wife requested his transfer to the capital, Cairo, to continue his treatment and contacted the head of the Actors’ Syndicate, Ashraf Zaki, who quickly coordinated to provide support. However, the treating medical team recommended that he remain in Ismailia Hospital, confirming that any movement at this time poses a grave danger to his life until his vital signs stabilize.
