في واحدة من أكثر قضايا الاحتيال الإلكتروني إثارة، نجحت الأجهزة الأمنية المصرية بمديرية أمن الجيزة في إسقاط طالب لم يكن مجرد «محتال عادي»، بل كشفت التحريات أنه العقل المدبر لـ«إمبراطورية شاليهات وهمية» استدرج بها عشرات الضحايا عبر الإنترنت قبل أن يختفي بأموالهم.
انطلقت الحكاية من شاشة هاتف وصفحة جذابة على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي تعرض عروضاً صيفية لا تُقاوم، شاليهات فاخرة في قرى راقية بأسعار أقل بكثير من السوق الحقيقية لإغراء الباحثين عن عطلة سريعة.
الفخ الرقمي
خلف تلك الواجهة الأنيقة، كان هناك سيناريو مكرر ومحكم يديره طالب يقيم في الجيزة بمنتهى الهدوء:
طلب العربون: يطلب من الضحية سرعة تحويل «مبلغ مقدم بسيط» كجدية حجز عبر المحافظ الإلكترونية قبل ضياع الفرصة.
اللقطة الأخيرة: فور وصول الأموال إلى حسابه، يقوم فوراً بحظر الضحية، ويقطع التواصل تماماً تاركاً خلفه أرقاماً مغلقة ووعوداً متبخرة.
ومع تزايد بلاغات الضحايا، تتبعت إدارة مكافحة جرائم تقنية المعلومات المصرية خيوط اللعبة الرقمية، وتمكنت عبر التتبع السيبراني من تحديد موقع الطالب بدقة، لتهجم عليه قوة أمنية وتلقي القبض عليه في حالة تلبس.
صدمة داخل الشقة
المشهد داخل شقة عائلة الطالب لم يكن عادياً بالمرة، حيث عثرت قوات الأمن المصرية في غرفته على ترسانة من أدوات النصب شملت: هواتف محمولة محملة بالصفحات المزيفة، وبطاقات بنكية متنوعة، ومبالغ مالية من متحصلات الجريمة.
المفاجأة الأكبر فجّرها الطالب نفسه أثناء التحقيقات، حيث اعترف بارتكابه 14 عملية نصب موثقة بنفس الأسلوب، مؤكداً أنه اعتمد على سلاح واحد: «تقديم عرض مغرٍ جداً يصعب رفضه»، ليتحول حلم المصيف لدى الضحايا إلى مصيدة رقمية محكمة، وينتهي بالمتهم خلف القضبان.
In one of the most exciting cases of cyber fraud, the Egyptian security forces in the Giza Security Directorate succeeded in apprehending a student who was not just an “ordinary fraudster,” but investigations revealed that he was the mastermind behind a “fake chalet empire” that lured dozens of victims online before disappearing with their money.
The story began from a phone screen and an attractive page on social media showcasing irresistible summer offers, luxurious chalets in upscale villages at prices much lower than the real market to entice those looking for a quick vacation.
The Digital Trap
Behind that sleek facade, there was a repeated and well-organized scenario managed by a student residing in Giza with complete calm:
Requesting the deposit: The victim is urged to quickly transfer a “small advance amount” as a seriousness of booking through electronic wallets before the opportunity slips away.
The final shot: As soon as the money arrives in his account, he immediately blocks the victim and cuts off all communication, leaving behind closed numbers and vanished promises.
With the increasing reports from victims, the Egyptian Cyber Crime Unit tracked the threads of the digital game and, through cyber tracing, was able to accurately locate the student, leading a security force to storm in and arrest him in the act.
Shock Inside the Apartment
The scene inside the student’s family apartment was anything but ordinary, as the Egyptian security forces found in his room an arsenal of fraud tools, including: mobile phones loaded with fake pages, various bank cards, and cash amounts from the proceeds of the crime.
The biggest surprise was detonated by the student himself during the investigations, as he confessed to committing 14 documented fraud operations using the same method, confirming that he relied on one weapon: “offering a very tempting deal that is hard to refuse,” turning the victims’ vacation dreams into a tight digital trap, ending with the accused behind bars.
