أثارت مشاهد مصورة لعناصر من الشرطة الهولندية وهم يستخدمون القوة ضد زوجة لاجئ فلسطيني حامل في شهرها التاسع موجة غضب واسعة في هولندا، بعدما وثّقت الواقعة التي حدثت داخل مركز لإيواء طالبي اللجوء في مدينة زايست (Zeist) قرب أمستردام.
وأظهر الفيديو المتداول لحظات تدخل الشرطة لتوقيف لاجئ فلسطيني داخل المركز، فيما حاولت زوجته الحامل الاستفسار عن وضعه والبقاء إلى جانبه، قبل أن يتطور الموقف بشكل مفاجئ.
دفع وإسقاط رغم الحمل
ووفقاً للمشاهد المتداولة، أقدم أحد عناصر الشرطة على دفع المرأة وإسقاطها أرضاً بالقوة رغم وضوح حملها، فيما حاول زوجها التدخل لحمايتها، الأمر الذي أدى إلى حالة من التوتر استدعت حضور تعزيزات أمنية إضافية للسيطرة على الموقف.
كما أظهرت اللقطات استخدام القوة بحق الزوجين وسط وجود كلاب بوليسية خلال عملية التوقيف، في مشهد أثار صدمة واسعة وانتشر بسرعة على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي، متصدراً النقاشات خلال ساعات.
لاجئ من غزة يروي تفاصيل الحادثة
وفي روايته لما جرى، قال اللاجئ الفلسطيني وسام مقداد (30 عاماً)، المنحدر من قطاع غزة، إن الحادثة جاءت بعد ضغوط نفسية ومعيشية متراكمة مرتبطة بملف إقامته في هولندا.
وأوضح في تصريحات إعلامية أن الواقعة بدأت بعد حالة انفعال داخل مركز الإيواء دفعته إلى إحداث أضرار في باب داخل مقر سكنه، نتيجة قلقه على أفراد عائلته في قطاع غزة، ما استدعى تدخل الشرطة واعتقاله ونقله إلى مركز احتجاز.
وأضاف أنه أبلغ عناصر الشرطة بأن زوجته حامل، إلا أنه فوجئ -بحسب روايته- بطريقة التعامل معها، معتبراً أن ما حدث تجاوز حدود التعامل الأمني المعتاد.
وأشار مقداد إلى أنه بقي محتجزاً أربعة أيام على ذمة التحقيق قبل الإفراج عنه، لافتاً إلى أن زوجته تعرضت لاحقاً لتدهور في وضعها الصحي بعد أيام من الواقعة.
طفل وثّق المشهد صدفة
وأوضح مقداد أن المقطع المتداول صُوِّر بواسطة طفل كان موجوداً بالمصادفة في موقع الحادثة، ما أسهم في توثيق الواقعة ونشرها على نطاق واسع.
وقال إنه كان يتوقع أن يجد في هولندا بيئة أكثر أماناً تراعي ظروف اللاجئين والعائلات المتضررة من الحروب، إلا أن ما حدث خالف تلك التوقعات، وفق تعبيره.
الشرطة: نراجع ملابسات استخدام القوة
من جانبها، أعلنت الشرطة الهولندية فتح مراجعة وتحقيق في ملابسات استخدام القوة خلال عملية الاعتقال التي نُفذت داخل مركز طالبي اللجوء، مؤكدة أن المقاطع المتداولة على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي لا تُظهر سوى جزء من تفاصيل الواقعة.
وبحسب وسائل إعلام هولندية، فإن الحادثة وقعت في 29 مايو 2026 داخل مركز لطالبي اللجوء بمدينة زايست، بعد بلاغ عن وقوع شجار داخل المركز، ما استدعى تدخل قوات الشرطة للتعامل مع الموقف.

The circulated video shows moments of police intervention to arrest a Palestinian refugee inside the center, while his pregnant wife attempted to inquire about his situation and stay by his side, before the situation escalated unexpectedly.
Pushed and Knocked Down Despite Pregnancy
According to the circulating footage, one of the police officers pushed the woman and forcefully knocked her to the ground despite her obvious pregnancy, while her husband tried to intervene to protect her, leading to a tense situation that required additional security reinforcements to control the scene.
The footage also showed the use of force against the couple in the presence of police dogs during the arrest, in a scene that caused widespread shock and quickly spread across social media, dominating discussions for hours.
Gaza Refugee Recalls Details of the Incident
In his account of what happened, Palestinian refugee Wissam Muqdad (30 years old), originally from the Gaza Strip, stated that the incident occurred after accumulated psychological and living pressures related to his residency status in the Netherlands.
He explained in media statements that the incident began after a moment of agitation inside the shelter, which led him to cause damage to a door within his residence due to his concern for his family members in Gaza, prompting police intervention and his arrest and transfer to a detention center.
He added that he informed the police officers that his wife was pregnant, but he was surprised—according to his account—by the way they dealt with her, considering that what happened exceeded the usual standards of security handling.
Muqdad noted that he remained detained for four days pending investigation before being released, pointing out that his wife later experienced a deterioration in her health after a few days following the incident.
A Child Accidentally Captured the Scene
Muqdad explained that the circulated clip was filmed by a child who happened to be present at the scene of the incident, which contributed to documenting and widely disseminating the event.
He said he expected to find in the Netherlands a safer environment that considers the circumstances of refugees and families affected by wars, but what happened contradicted those expectations, as he expressed.
Police: We Are Reviewing the Circumstances of the Use of Force
For its part, the Dutch police announced the opening of a review and investigation into the circumstances of the use of force during the arrest operation conducted inside the asylum seeker center, confirming that the clips circulated on social media show only part of the details of the incident.
