انتهى الحج والميدان منتشياً مبتهجاً، فرحاً، ترى ما السبب وراء ذلك الابتهاج والفرحة والسعادة التي رأيناها على وجوه الجميع؟
إنها القيادة يا سادة.
قيادة الميدان أو ما يمكن تسميته بقيادة الخطوط الأمامية أصبحت في موسم الحج نظريات تدرس يستلهما المواطن ورجل الأمن والحاج من قادة الميدان في كافة المجالات الذين يستلهمونها من ملهم هذا الوطن الأول ولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء الذي يرسم الخطوط العريضة لكل فعالية ومؤتمر ومنتدى وقمة في هذا الوطن العظيم.
قيادة الميدان التي تميّز بها سمو ولي العهد -حفظه الله- قائد نجاحات هذا الوطن على كافة الأصعدة أصبحت نموذجاً واقعياً أمام الجميع وقدوة حسنة لكافة قادة القطاعات في موسم الحج الذي يعتبر الأميز من حيث النجاح عن بقية المواسم الأخرى، فهنيئا للوطن ولقيادته الرشيدة نجاح الحج لهذا العام ١٤٤٧ وما ذاك إلا من تفاعل سموه المباشر مع الواقع وفهمه العميق للمهام وتوضيحها لفريق عمله من تخطيط وتنظيم وتوجيه وتحفيز وإيجاد الحلول للتحديات التي قد تواجههم، فتجد الوزراء وكبار المسؤولين من رجال الأمن والعسكريين يستلهمون ذلك من فكره، فالقائد الميداني الناجح هو من يجمع بين مهارات القيادة والتواصل الفعّال لإلهام الفريق ودعمه لتحقيق أفضل النجاحات والنتائج وهذا ما رأيناه من جميع العاملين في موسم الحج لهذا العام وهو التأثير الإيجابي والمستدام.
القيادة الميدانية الناجحة وخاصة في شعيرة إسلامية عظيمة جعلت حجاج بيت الله الحرام يؤدون مناسكهم في يسر وطمأنينة وهي التي جمعت بين القيم الأخلاقية والإسلامية والممارسات الإدارية الفعّالة التي تقوم على مبادئ الشورى والعدالة وتحقيق الأهداف بروح التعاون والمسؤولية والتوازن بين حقوق الأفراد ومتطلبات العمل صنعت لنا صورة تكاملية رائعة لأداء كافة الجهات الرسمية والقطاع الخاص وغير الربحي وغيرهم من أبناء الوطن العظيم في تأدية المهام المنوطة بتناغم جميل واتصال رائع، فقد رأيناهم على أهبة الاستعداد بالتفاعل مع الظروف الواقعية لتنفيذ الخطط وإدارة الفرق بفعالية وكل قائد ومسؤول في الميدان يحمل على عاتقه مسؤولية عظيمة وهدفاً سامياً في خدمة الدين والوطن، حيث يقوم بتنظيم الجهود الجماعية ويوجه نحو الأهداف بأسلوب الواثق المنسجم.

The pilgrimage has ended, and the field is jubilant and joyful. What is the reason behind this joy and happiness that we saw on everyone’s faces?
It is the leadership, gentlemen.
The field leadership, or what can be called the leadership of the front lines, has become a theory studied during the pilgrimage season, inspiring citizens, security personnel, and pilgrims from the leaders of the field in all areas, who draw inspiration from the first inspirer of this nation, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, who outlines the broad lines for every event, conference, forum, and summit in this great nation.
The field leadership, distinguished by His Highness the Crown Prince – may God protect him – as the leader of this nation’s successes on all fronts, has become a realistic model for everyone and a good example for all sector leaders during the pilgrimage season, which is considered the most successful compared to other seasons. Congratulations to the nation and its wise leadership for the success of this year’s pilgrimage 1447, which is a result of His Highness’s direct interaction with reality and his deep understanding of tasks, clarifying them to his team through planning, organizing, directing, motivating, and finding solutions to the challenges they may face. You find ministers and senior officials from security and military personnel drawing inspiration from his thoughts. A successful field leader is one who combines leadership skills and effective communication to inspire and support the team in achieving the best successes and results, and this is what we witnessed from all those working in this year’s pilgrimage, which had a positive and sustainable impact.
Successful field leadership, especially in a great Islamic ritual, enabled the pilgrims of the Sacred House of God to perform their rituals with ease and tranquility. It combined ethical and Islamic values with effective administrative practices based on the principles of consultation, justice, and achieving goals in a spirit of cooperation, responsibility, and balance between individual rights and work requirements, creating a wonderful integrated image of the performance of all official entities, the private sector, non-profit organizations, and other citizens of this great nation in carrying out their tasks with beautiful harmony and excellent communication. We saw them ready to interact with real circumstances to implement plans and manage teams effectively, with every leader and official in the field bearing a great responsibility and a noble goal in serving the religion and the nation, organizing collective efforts and directing towards goals with a confident and harmonious approach.
Here, for those who wish to learn crowd management and field administration, the title is the homeland of honor and the homeland of the Two Holy Mosques, serving the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which presents the most beautiful and magnificent images of giving, creativity, and sacrifices for that, using the latest field methods and techniques, with a deep understanding that makes its application in fieldwork a sustainable success that combines administrative efficiency and professional ethics, capable of effectively facing challenges and inspiring others.
These are the heroes of the field, the men who distinguished themselves, driven by faith, piety, integrity, love, and loyalty to the religion and the nation, as well as a clear and blessed vision drawn for them by the foremost man of successes in the homeland of honors, His Highness the Crown Prince, with his strategic thinking, guidance, motivation, and decisive decisions that benefit the work and its interests, along with their patience, ability to endure pressures, and adaptability to changes and transformations.
