أثارت واقعة مشاجرة داخل إحدى عربات السيدات بمترو الأنفاق في القاهرة حالة واسعة من الجدل على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، بعد تداول مقطع فيديو أظهر اشتباكاً بين شاب وسيدة داخل العربة المخصصة للنساء، ما دفع وزارة الداخلية المصرية إلى إصدار بيان رسمي لكشف ملابسات الحادثة.
وبحسب بيان وزارة الداخلية، فإن الواقعة شهدتها إحدى عربات مترو الأنفاق المخصصة للسيدات بمحطة كوبري القبة على الخط الأول للمترو، بعدما استقل أحد الأشخاص العربة بالمخالفة للقواعد المنظمة لاستخدام العربات المخصصة للنساء.
خلاف على مقعد أشعل الأزمة
وأوضحت التحريات الأولية أن المشاجرة بدأت إثر خلاف حول أولوية الجلوس داخل العربة، إذ حاول الشاب الجلوس على أحد المقاعد، إلا أن إحدى السيدات اعترضت على وجوده داخل عربة السيدات من الأساس، الأمر الذي أدى إلى تطور الموقف من مشادة كلامية إلى اشتباك بالأيدي بين الطرفين.
وأكدت وزارة الداخلية أن الشاب أقر خلال التحقيقات بأنه كان يستقل العربة برفقة ابنة خالته، وأن اعتراض السيدة على وجوده داخل العربة تسبب في تصاعد الخلاف بينهما. كما تبادل الطرفان الاتهامات بالتعدي، وأسفر الاشتباك عن إصابات بسيطة لكليهما.
تدخل الركاب والأمن
وأظهرت التحقيقات أن عدداً من الركاب والمواطنين المتواجدين بالمحطة تدخلوا لفض الاشتباك والسيطرة على الموقف قبل تفاقمه، بينما تلقى الأمن الإداري بالمحطة بلاغاً بالواقعة، لتتحرك الخدمات الأمنية وتباشر الإجراءات اللازمة.
كما تمكنت الأجهزة الأمنية من تحديد وضبط طرفي المشاجرة عقب انتشار الفيديو على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي، وتم تحرير محضر بالواقعة وإحالته إلى جهات التحقيق المختصة.
وأفادت مصادر أمنية بأن النيابة العامة بدأت التحقيق في ملابسات الحادثة، للوقوف على تفاصيل الواقعة وتحديد المسؤوليات القانونية، في وقت أثار فيه الفيديو المتداول نقاشاً واسعاً حول الالتزام بقواعد استخدام عربات السيدات داخل مترو الأنفاق وسبل التعامل مع المخالفات دون اللجوء إلى العنف.

وكان مقطع الفيديو قد انتشر بشكل كبير عبر منصات التواصل الاجتماعي خلال الساعات الماضية، إذ أظهر لحظات من المشادة والمشاجرة داخل العربة، ما دفع كثيراً من المستخدمين إلى المطالبة بتشديد الرقابة داخل محطات المترو وتطبيق القواعد المنظمة لاستخدام العربات المخصصة للسيدات بشكل أكثر صرامة.

Investigations showed that several passengers and citizens present at the station intervened to break up the fight and control the situation before it escalated further, while the station’s security received a report about the incident, prompting security services to take action and initiate the necessary procedures.
The security forces were also able to identify and apprehend the parties involved in the brawl after the video spread on social media platforms, and a report was filed regarding the incident and referred to the relevant investigative authorities.
Security sources indicated that the Public Prosecution has begun investigating the circumstances of the incident to ascertain the details and determine legal responsibilities, at a time when the circulated video sparked a broad discussion about adherence to the rules governing the use of women’s carriages on the metro and ways to address violations without resorting to violence.
