دعت هيئة النقل الأفراد والمنشآت إلى سرعة تقديم اعتراضاتهم على المخالفات غير المسددة المرتبطة بأنشطة النقل، والمحررة قبل 1 نوفمبر 2024. وأشارت إلى أن المهلة النظامية المتبقية لتقديم الاعتراضات تبلغ 15 يوماً فقط.
وأكدت أن المبادرة تهدف إلى تمكين المستفيدين من ممارسة حقهم النظامي في الاعتراض، بما يعزز الشفافية ويرفع كفاءة وعدالة إجراءات معالجة المخالفات في قطاع النقل.
وكانت الهيئة بدأت استقبال طلبات الاعتراض على المخالفات التي تم إيقاعها على المخالفين قبل تاريخ 1 نوفمبر 2024م،
وأشارت إلى أن الخطوة تأتي في إطار تمكين المستفيدين من ممارسة حقهم في الاعتراض وفق إجراءات نظامية، بما يسهم في تعزيز الشفافية في معالجة المخالفات المتعلقة بأنشطة النقل، ورفع مستوى العدالة وكفاءة الإجراءات النظامية، وحثت الجميع على تقديم طلبات الاعتراض عبر موقعها الإلكتروني الرسمي بعد أن أتاحت مهلة نظامية محددة للاعتراض على المخالفات على أن تبت الإدارة في الاعتراض خلال 8 أيام عمل من تاريخ قيد المخالفة.
وصنفت هيئة النقل المخالفات باختلاف النشاط كالنقل الثقيل، تأجير السيارات، الحافلات، ونقل البضائع وتتنوع العقوبات لتشمل غرامات مالية وغير مالية مثل إيقاف التشغيل وحجز المركبة.
The Transport Authority has called on individuals and establishments to quickly submit their objections to unpaid violations related to transport activities, which were issued before November 1, 2024. It noted that the remaining legal deadline for submitting objections is only 15 days.
It confirmed that the initiative aims to enable beneficiaries to exercise their legal right to object, thereby enhancing transparency and improving the efficiency and fairness of the procedures for handling violations in the transport sector.
The authority has started receiving requests for objections to violations imposed on offenders before the date of November 1, 2024.
It indicated that this step is part of empowering beneficiaries to exercise their right to object according to legal procedures, which contributes to enhancing transparency in handling violations related to transport activities, raising the level of justice and efficiency of legal procedures. It urged everyone to submit objection requests through its official website after providing a specific legal timeframe for objections to violations, with the administration to decide on the objection within 8 working days from the date of the violation registration.
The Transport Authority has classified violations according to different activities such as heavy transport, car rentals, buses, and freight transport, with penalties varying to include financial and non-financial fines such as suspension of operations and vehicle impoundment.
