أكد الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب اليوم (الثلاثاء) أن بلاده ستنتصر في الحرب على إيران قريباً، بطريقة أو بأخرى، موضحاً أنه حذر رئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي من الإضرار بالمفاوضات.
وقال ترمب لشبكة «أي بي سي»: قلت لنتنياهو ألا يفعل شيئاً يضر بالمفاوضات مع إيران، مضيفاً: «الهجوم الأخير على إيران كان غير ضروري، لكنني أتفهم دوافع إسرائيل».
ما الملفات التي تناقشها واشنطن مع طهران؟
يأتي ذلك في الوقت الذي كشفت وسائل إعلام أمريكية عن طبيعة المفاوضات الجارية بين الولايات المتحدة وإيران حول الملف النووي، والنقاط الخلافية التي لا تزال قائمة، مؤكدين أن مساعدي ترمب يجرون مفاوضات حول أربعة عناصر رئيسية.
ونقلت صحيفة «نيويورك تايمز» عن مسؤولين ودبلوماسيين أمريكيين قولهم إن المفاوضات تجاوزت بكثير مجرد إعادة فتح مضيق هرمز، موضحين أن مساعدي ترمب كانوا يتفاوضون مع إيران بشأن أربعة عناصر رئيسية لاتفاق نووي في الأيام التي سبقت التصعيد الأخير.
وأشارت الصحيفة إلى أن الولايات المتحدة طالبت إيران بعدم إجراء أي عمليات لتخصيب اليورانيوم لمدة لا تقل عن 20 عاماً، لكن الجانب الإيراني عرض وقف عمليات التخصيب لمدة 10 سنوات.
تفكيك المنشآت النووية الإيرانية
وأفادت الصحيفة أن المسؤولين الأمريكيين يعتقدون أن إيران ستقبل في النهاية بوقف التخصيب لمدة 15 عاماً، مبينة أن الولايات المتحدة طالبت إيران بتفكيك منشآتها النووية الثلاث، لكن طهران تصر على إبقاء واحدة منها قيد التشغيل.
وأوضحت الصحيفة أن الولايات المتحدة ترغب في أن يتمكن المفتشون الدوليون من إجراء عمليات تفتيش مفاجئة في أي وقت وأي مكان داخل إيران، لافتة إلى أن المبعوث الأمريكي ستيف ويتكوف نقل رسائل تحث إيران على تجنب التصعيد في تبادل الهجمات الصاروخية مع إسرائيل.
ونقلت الصحيفة عن مصادرها قولهم إن قناة التفاوض بين عباس عراقجي وستيف ويتكوف أدت دوراً حاسماً من مساء الأحد حتى صباح الإثنين في خفض التصعيد، وساهمت في إعلان إيران وقف هجماتها على إسرائيل، ليعمد ترمب بعد ذلك إلى الضغط على نتنياهو لإلغاء هجوم كان مخططاً له داخل الأراضي الإيرانية.
رد إيران على إسقاط الأباتشي
من جهة أخرى، قال وزير الخارجية الإيراني عباس عراقجي إن القوات الأجنبية قرب أراضي بلاده معرضة لخطر دائم، سواء نتيجة خطأ بشري أو حوادث عرضية أو وقوعها في مرمى تبادل النار، معتبراً أن انسحاب القوات الأجنبية المتمركزة قرب حدود إيران هو أفضل حل لتقليل المخاطر.
وأشار إلى أن بلاده تفضل لغة الدبلوماسية.

This comes at a time when U.S. media revealed the nature of the ongoing negotiations between the United States and Iran regarding the nuclear file, and the contentious points that still remain, confirming that Trump’s aides are negotiating on four main elements.
The New York Times reported that U.S. officials and diplomats said the negotiations have gone far beyond just reopening the Strait of Hormuz, explaining that Trump’s aides were negotiating with Iran on four main elements of a nuclear agreement in the days leading up to the recent escalation.
The newspaper noted that the United States has demanded that Iran refrain from any uranium enrichment activities for at least 20 years, but the Iranian side offered to halt enrichment activities for 10 years.
Dismantling Iranian Nuclear Facilities
The newspaper reported that U.S. officials believe Iran will eventually agree to stop enrichment for 15 years, indicating that the United States has demanded Iran dismantle its three nuclear facilities, but Tehran insists on keeping one of them operational.
The newspaper explained that the United States wants international inspectors to be able to conduct surprise inspections at any time and anywhere within Iran, noting that U.S. envoy Steve Wietkoff conveyed messages urging Iran to avoid escalation in the exchange of missile attacks with Israel.
The newspaper quoted its sources as saying that the negotiation channel between Abbas Araqchi and Steve Wietkoff played a crucial role from Sunday evening until Monday morning in de-escalating tensions, contributing to Iran’s announcement to halt its attacks on Israel, after which Trump pressured Netanyahu to cancel a planned attack inside Iranian territory.
Iran’s Response to the Apache Downing
On another note, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi stated that foreign forces near his country’s territory are at constant risk, whether due to human error, accidental incidents, or being caught in the crossfire, considering that the withdrawal of foreign forces stationed near Iran’s borders is the best solution to reduce risks.
He indicated that his country prefers the language of diplomacy.
