كرمت الهيئة العامة للصناعات العسكرية وزارة الداخلية ضمن جائزة التميز في توطين الصناعات العسكرية، تقديراً لتميّزها في توطين الإنفاق العسكري، وذلك خلال ملتقى الصناعات العسكرية المقام في مدينة الرياض تحت شعار «تنمية الاستثمارات واستدامتها في قطاع الصناعات العسكرية».
وتسلّم التكريم وكيل وزارة الداخلية الدكتور خالد بن محمد البتال، من وزير الدولة عضو مجلس الوزراء محافظ الهيئة العامة للصناعات العسكرية المكلّف بندر بن إبراهيم الخريف.
ويأتي التكريم تقديراً لجهود الوزارة في تطوير منظومة التخطيط والتنفيذ للمشتريات العسكرية، وتبنّي التقنيات والمنتجات الوطنية المعززة بالذكاء الاصطناعي، وتقييم أدائها والإسهام في تطويرها؛ لتلبية الحاجات العملياتية لقطاعات الوزارة، بما يسهم في تحقيق مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030 في توطين الصناعات العسكرية، وتعزيز الاقتصاد الوطني، ودعم الناتج المحلي.
The General Authority for Military Industries honored the Ministry of Interior as part of the Excellence Award for Localizing Military Industries, in recognition of its outstanding efforts in localizing military spending, during the Military Industries Forum held in Riyadh under the slogan “Developing and Sustaining Investments in the Military Industries Sector.”
The honor was received by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior, Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al-Battal, from the Minister of State, Member of the Council of Ministers, and Acting Governor of the General Authority for Military Industries, Bandar bin Ibrahim Al-Khreef.
This recognition comes in appreciation of the ministry’s efforts in developing the planning and execution system for military procurement, adopting national technologies and products enhanced by artificial intelligence, evaluating its performance, and contributing to its development; to meet the operational needs of the ministry’s sectors, which contributes to achieving the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 in localizing military industries, enhancing the national economy, and supporting local output.
